No change to online status passed the 90-day mark, so I filed a ticket for non-delivery of card.  Also tried filing a ticket for out of normal processing time, but the system didn't let me.  It said my case is within normal processing time 🙄

 

POE (at DFW):  11/21/2021

Fee Paid:  11/22/2021

SSN Received:  11/29/2021

SR Filed (for Non-Delivery of Card):  02/23/2022

We got "Card is being Produced" like a week after filing the inquires for non-delivery, and then we received the cards a week after that.  Then a week after everything was done they responded to our inquires by e-mail informing us they investigated and determined we had received the cards.  Not sure if the inquiries made any difference of it was just coincidence but movement did come shortly after filing the inquires.

  • April 26, 2021: NOA2, I-130s Approved
  • April 30, 2021: NVC Received
  • May 01, 2021: Pay AOS and IV Bills
  • May 06, 2021: Submit AOS, Financial Docs and DS-260s
  • May 14, 2021: Submit Civil Docs for Stepdaughter
  • May 21, 2021: Submit Civil Docs for Wife
  • June 25, 2021: NVC review for Stepdaughter, RFE submit additional Doc
  • July 08, 2021: Wife Documentarily Qualified by NVC
  • August 31, 2021: Stepdaughter Documentarily Qualified by NVC
  • September 15, 2021: Received Interview Date from NVC, October 05, 2021
  • September 22, 2021: Passed physicals at Saint Luke's Extension Clinic
  • October 05, 2021: Interview at US Embassy Manila. Verbally approved by US Consul. Positive interview experience.
  • October 05, 2021: CEAC status changed to "Issued"
  • October 07, 2021: Passports tracking for delivery on 2GO Courier website
  • October 08, 2021: Passports with visas delivered.  "Visas on hand"
  • October 08, 2021: Paid Immigrant Fee
  • October 12, 2021: Temporary CFO Certificates Received
  • October 26, 2021 POE arrival at LAX
  • November 02, 2021 Social Security Cards arrive in mail
  • January 31, 2022: USCIS Status changed to "Card Is Being Produced"
  • February 04, 2022: USCIS Status changed to "Card Was Mailed To Me"
  • February 07, 2022: Green cards received.

payment 5th July 2021

POE dulses  airport dc 25 Augustus 2021

GC waiting up to now  i did three times calling and i submit  out normal of processing time throug uscis website i received email required 45 days more to produced ? that's happen 2 times   ,also  in the last call they gave me number of uscis  that i suppose getting call from USCIS  officer  explain and give me more information  about my case  

what do I should to do more than this ????

the last status still payment received in July 5th 2021?

 the last update is payment was received in 5th July

Hi , try to use  " non-delivery of card" and fill that inquire claim accordingly ?

Here is my timeline:
 

Paid Immigrant Fee: October 30, 2021
POE: ORD November 9, 2021 
 

119 days now an NO green card :(
The last update in the account is that "Immigrant Fee paid"...
After 90 days I submited a request about 'non-delivery', and today I have a response from USCIS on my email. The response seems like automatic responder. It says that they still need some time to answer on my request and I need to wait 90 days more!!!
This is insane... I'm very upset...

I tried to submit a request for "non-deliver" but it's showing the message below. do you know why?
