Did anybody see a civil surgeon here for more immunization shots?I got the shot but it wasn't from a civil surgeon so now i'm worrying

Yes, we did. She didn't get the vaccinations done at the time of her medical, so we found a civil surgeon to administer the shots here.

This is directly from Form I-693:

The civil surgeon is required to give you the completed Form I-693 in a sealed envelope for you to submit to USCIS. Do not accept the form from the civil surgeon unless it is in a sealed envelope. USCIS will return your Form I-693 to you if it is not in a sealed envelope or if the envelope is opened or altered in any way. The civil surgeon should also give you a copy of the completed Form I-693 for your records.

I guess that means that only a civil surgeon can sign off on the shots.

Joining the June AOS filers. We just got started this week, look forward to a smooth process :)

Just received NOA1 in email on 6/23/2016 so yay! Not sure if we were supposed to receive two other emails though since we also filed an EAD and AP with our I-485 application. Anyone else only get one email or did you get multiple emails with different case numbers???

Nice to get the NOA :)

We did get multiple emails with different case numbers. The numbers are in sequence. You will probably be getting the other emails soon.

Just a couple quick question. I chose not to file an I-131 application for AP because I honestly did not see the need for it before 1 year time but based on recent developments I may need to travel before that. My questions are:

1. Would applying for AP now since I received my Biometrics Appointment date today delay the process?

2. Should I wait until after doing my Biometrics to apply for AP or should I wait until after my EAD is approved?
