Hey, guys

Tomorrow we're mailing the forms (all 4) finally. My head hurts from looking through all the documents and double, triple and millionth checking. Hopefully it would be a smooth journey. We're submitting the 1040 tax return for I-864, since the IRS website is bugged and wouldn't print the transcript. Hopefully that wouldn't be a problem. Good luck and quick process to everyone.

Anybody with a June 10 delivery date got their NOA1 yet?

No NOA1 yet but they cashed our cheques on Friday so I'm okay with that. Some people, I've seen recently at least, haven't gotten an email or text but there'll be a hard copy NOA1 in the mail. Also, it was mentioned a page or two ago that waiting 2 weeks is perfectly normal :)

4. Copy of Passport , Visa and USA entry stamp

5. Medical Examination form I-693

6. Form G-35A Biographic Information Sheet

II) Affidavit of Support Form I-864

1. Income Tax Return and W2 2015

2. Income Tax Return and W2 2014

3. Income Tax Return and W2 2013

If you need to file I-130, this is what you need

I) I-130 Petition For Alien Relative

1. Check in the amount of US$420

2. Certified Marriage Certificate

FROM PETIOTIONER:

3. Form G-35A Biographic Information Sheet

4. 1 Passport photo

5. Certificate of Naturalization, or Birth Certificate

6. Copy of US. Passport

7. Copy of Divorced Certificate if previously married

From Beneficiary

8. Form G-35A Biographic Information Sheet

9. 1 Passport photo

10. Copy of Divorced Certificate for previous marriage accompanied by translation in English.

11. Copy of Passport with non immigrant visa

Don't worry, Income Tax copies are fine don't forget to attach the W2's, it is very important.

My cheque hasn't been cashed yet.Im so worried

I wouldn't worry about that too much. We had to send two money orders - one for 1000 and another one for 70 dollars. Only one for the $1000 got cashed. I honestly don't know what's going on but I am sure we all will hear something soon.
