For those of you including copies of actual credit cards that show the same account number, are you blacking out any part of the numbers? should i just leave the last 4 digits of our account numbers (that are the same) and black out the rest? i'm not quite sure how i feel about having all our account numbers available for practically anyone to see. thoughts?

Personally, I only photocopied the front copies of our cards. No photocopies of the back.

I doubt anyone at the USCIS will abuse the cards though but you never know lol. Besides most merchants require the CVV2 code for card transactions so that's an extra layer of security if you're not providing a copy of the back.

Other people may share their experiences of how they did it.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

Actually, 2 of our credit cards have all the info in the back. It only has our name in the front and all account numbers, CCV2 and expiration date are all in the back. Since that is the case, i need to show a copy of the back so they can see our names and same account numbers. So not quite sure on how to go about this? Should I block certain numbers? Or expiration date? Idk....please help. lol

I sent my wife's I-751 package with $590.00 fee on Thrusday 06/02 by express mail to the Vermont Service Center.

It was received by USCIS on Friday 06/03 around noon time.

The following Thrusday 06/09 the money was withdrawn from my bank account.

On Saturday 06/11 we received a I-797, Notice of Action, it stated how the green card was extended for another year, etc.. and how they received the $590.00.

It had a receipt date of 06/06.

On Monday 06/13 I was checking my bank account, and I noticed the $590.00 was credited back to my account.

The $590.00 was back in my account.

Does anyone have any idea of what happen? Am not sure what happen. Any ideas?

Maybe it's a good idea to call them and see what's happened. Maybe they had problems with the system. :) good luck and hopping everything it's fine :)

Not that many June fillers. We have 06/14 so maybe there will be more.
I'm surprised, because I remember spreadsheets from 2 years ago and they were looooooooong, and there were so many people.

Hey guys! For photos, i included about 11 pages worth of photos. What i did was created a MS word document and put about 4-5 photos on each page and indicating what year. I included photos that expands our entire relationship. In total, I have about 40 photos. I hope that's not too much? I am also printing it via normal printer with colored ink. Should be ok, right? It will be printed clear. Thanks!!

Don't ask for an approval, each person has it's own point of view. Some people will tell you that's too much and you will get stressed, you will be overthinking the whole situation. You want to put them all, just do it.

It happened to me. After I sent my package I read some comments how other people prepared their packages and I got stressed that I did not do it exactly as others.

As long as you follow the instructions and your gut everything is acceptable.

Hi. We filed(sent) on June 9th, packet received on the 10th, and check cashed (still pending) on the 14th.

I think people take check cashing as NOA1 and put the wrong date on their timelines, no? Isn't NOA1 an actual document that is received via mail?

Check cashing is just a means of us making sure they received the package and are starting to process it, am i wrong?

I only point it out cause I try to get an idea on when we will receive the NOA1 extending the GC, but according to most peoples timeline, I should have it today :D

Any way, good luck to all. Like one person said, as long as we get the NOA1 ASAP, USCIS can take their sweet time this time around, we aint in no rush.

Little correction

Sarah, you repost the wrong list. This is the latest updated version. Yes, NOA1 date is the date from the actual document, not check cashing date.
