Hi, thanks so much for your sharing. So you didn't get a RFE but an interview directly? That's interesting... I am waiting for an interview since September, 2017 as they were not satisfied with my RFE...

I haven't heard anything back yet. It has been almost 19 months since I applied. Very upset and anxious to get an interview. I am in New York, maybe that's why it is so delayed as the caseload is horrible here.

I actually just graduated and my husband helped me pay the tuition. The tuition is so expensive that we didn't fly to have holidays at all. But we get some daily photos, joint account(debit and credit), lease, 401k, health insurance. I don't know what else I can supply in my interview, and when i will have the interview.

Please could you or anyone had interview share more information about the questions or materials you submitted for the interview? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

What did they ask for in the RFE?   I just submitted my RFE last week and I am really anxious about it.

They asked me about lease or any other documents proving cohabitation.  I don't have a joint lease because my hubby's rental history and credit history.  I just submitted updated photos, life insurance, 401(K), joint account statements, credit card statements, auto-insurance, and cable internet and cell phone bills.   I don't know what more I can do....

Do you have a proof that he paid for your tuition fees? For example, online payment receipt or payment history on your student account. I think that would be a solid proof to provide. In my case, I was asked for more proof of liabilities and assets, I submitted the student private loan consignment documents and explained that those were the only liabilities we have. For asset, I explained that we do not have any car because we live in Chicago and have used public transportation. For one of the past leases, my signature was not on it, I explained that the realtor said that it was not necessary to have both names, and I provided with the email communication regarding the lease to prove my involvement in the lease. I think you will be fine.

Do you have USPS informed delivery account? If you do, you can see it form there on tracking and package tab that you have an incoming package.

Package with tracking number is not part of the daily informed delivery that was being sent on daily basis.

Congrats!

So, my wife is a June 2016 ROC filer.  She had her N-400 Citizenship interview and passed last Thursday, Nov. 30th.  No mention at all of the pending ROC...which I though was interesting.

So, we're at or verynear the end....just the oath ceremony left.

She filed in June in San Antonio....about 5 months from filing to interview.

She had an info pass appointment in August to get an I-551 stamp and was told at that time the ROC and N-400 would be adjudicated together.  But, never heard another peep about the ROC piece of it.
