All is well! He will claim what's already his. However, I know you will still be nervous until you get that phone call from him confirming visa is approved. My husband's interview is next week (I can't believe I can say that now!) and I probably won't be able to focus from the moment he leaves for the embassy until I get the phone call. After that I will either sleep like a log or be too excited to sleep.

Hi guys, i have a question.

We are done with the NVC process and my interview date was scheduled for the 7th of june. However the national Visa Center contacted I was saying that our appointment was rescheduled for 29th of June. But a few days ago, the consulate of Casablanca in Morocco called my home phone asking whether or not we would like an earlier date ( june 17th ) and my mother informed them that she cannot make that decision and they told her they would leave it as is. Now my wife emailed them saying she will take the offer but they have not emailed her back. What should i do?

Hi Princehope, I hope all goes well and you will get a response soon and they will still be able to give you an earlier interview date!

I noticed your interview is in Casablanca, Morocco. Did you already have the medical done?

I am curious about it because my husband's interview is in Casablanca even though he is not from there but the US embassy is closed in his country so they send all CR-1 cases to Morocco. Apparently he can't schedule a medical appointment until he is physically in Morocco so I had some questions.

Thank you!

So I'm wanting to request my tax transcripts for my husband to take to the interview just in case they don't accept the w2s but there are two options one by mail and one online. Does it matter which one I choose?

Also apparently there are two types to request for: account or return. Which one do I request for?

Thanks!

Oh great! I'm so glad it went well for you :) My questions are below!

-Did you have to make an appointment or did you just walk in?

-How long did the medical take?

-What did they ask you to bring with you?

-How long did it take to get the results packet? And did they give it to you or do they send it to the embassy?

-Which Doctor did you go to? Did you go to Dr. Ambari?

Thank you for your help!!

I wonder if that online one is brand new... I don't think I've seen that before! I would imagine online would be fine (and there'd be no need to mail it if you can get your husband to just print it out where he is).

You'd want to request the "return".
