I got a letter with in the P4 saying what they had etc. but it didn't tell me in depth what we needed to bring! Soooo I opted to bring it all. lol I have a FULL copy of our AOS and I only sent in my Joint sponsors, not her Husband (household member) however she alone makes enough to sponsor my husband. And they NEVER asked for his so I wasn't sure if I should try and get a copy...

Btw don't forget, you also count as a sponsor so make sure he has your BC. (: Good luck to you guys tuesday, I hope to give you good news Monday morning/noontime (: And yessss the nerves come and go.

Yes ma'am he has my birth certificate and everything they ever asked for at USCIS and NVC.... I can't wait to hear your good news then ours!!!! The embassy called hubby today to move his appointment time to 1p from 1030... I am not sure what I think about it...

Update: we recieved our DHL tracking number to track the visa this morning. Should arrive at our selected DHL location tomorrow April 1st at the end of the day POE will be San Jose, Ca April 8. Want him to go spend time with his parents before he departs...

(2) Will I have to make any payments at the interview?

Congrats and prayers for all who have just received their case complete or interview dates for the new month of May. I am happy to say that the boys have gotten their expedited cases sent to the embassy and looking to further good news for April. Hubby and I celebrate another anniversary apart this month but it will be a good one as we draw one step closer to being together. Thanks to Dwheels and all the wonderful vjers who have shared and encourage each other along the journey to be joined at last with our loved ones. Just reading other members finally being together uplifts the spirit and fills us with hope that we too will be united again.

Hey guys just read someone got denied for not being just above poverty guidelines. I'm worried for our case. Can we get a joint sponsor and take document to our interview? Will they accept it at interview? Interview is May 17. Any advice will be appreciated.

Please help, do we need to bring to interview 2014 tax returns and i864 that I have sent to NVC if I will take new 2015 tax returns and updated i864 forms?

thanks in advance

The CO asked my husband for 2014 W2's and tax transcripts, as well as a copy of 2015 tax return, W2s. I would bring both just encase. :)

Hey! Anyone know how how soon my husband can get medical examination? His interview isn't until May 23 and I don't want him to get medical examination too soon and they are good for only 1 month or something.

Check out your consular info page here on VJ about medicals. You can do it whenever you want. My husband had his 1st week in arch our interview is April 28th. He wanted t out the way because he is buy with work.

hello everybody,

I have a question. I submitted all my paperwork to NVC and my scan date is march 9th. However, I think we made a mistake. I have a joint sponsor, on the first question of the 864 form, instead of clicking on the box that says "I am the only joint sponsor" he clicked "I am first of second joint sponsor."

My question is, should I call and tell them about it? or should I wait for them to ask me and explain? I am sorry I am really confused and nervous. I would appreciate your help.

That was a while ago so just wait hopefully NVC wont catch it and checklist you.
