in my country police doesn't provide police clearance court does and I didn't knew there's 2 documents one is that ur never convicted of some crime and one that there's no legal or civil pursuits for u at the moment

In my form they mentioned

Has not come to the 'adverse notice' of the Sri Lanka Police during the certain period.

But your country embassy knows what type of clearance report that should be. Pls follow them.

Please, can somebody help me, I am kind of confused, filling form ds260. There are columns they asked for child 1, child 2, up to 5. I only have I child. What do I need to do with those other column that don't apply to me? Please someone should help me

You can write "Not applicable" or keep it blank

(As we normally do in any application.)

In my case I dont have kids so I kept it blank

Hello guys! Quick question on ds260 form. 1. On the first column about personal, address information, what do they mean by name provided and full name in native language? 2. In ds260 form, i dont understand the column that talks about document type. 3. On page 3, where they said contact person, is it me of the petitioner? 4. On the last page, the colum that talks about social security number information, i am kinda confused. Please guys any useful information is greatly appreciated. Thinking of mailing it in on monday.

A quick question about the I-184: currently, my husband does not make any money, so we are getting his father to be a joint sponsor. Is there any point in filling in part 7 (Use of assets to supplement income), as we still won't have enough money between us to get out of using a joint sponsor?
