10 Feb 2007 filled the AOS and EAD

24 Feb 2007 Notice Of Action for biomatrics and AOS and EAD

6 March 2007 Biomatrics apppointment and they give me the NOA papers with stamps as recipet!

thats pretty much everything

didnt hear anything from them anymore

not even touched

please who ever filled in februry

keep up with me

(25 July 2009) Check Cashed

(22 July 2009) Recived NOA1

also for more information, i got married in my 90 days

but i filled after 1 month after the 90 days finshed

02-09-07 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox

02-14-07 - NOA1 (Sent to Missouri)

02-16-07 - Bio & I-1485 checks Cashed

02-24-07 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

03-06-07 - Biometrics Appointment

Last update on USCIS website was 2-20-07. Probably the day they printed our biometric letter and mailed it.

I-129F Timeline:

03-10-06 - Sent I-129F to USCIS

03-15-06 - NOA1

03-25-06 - NOA2 Approval

08-28-06 - Interview!!!

11-22-06 - Got the Visa!!!

AOS Timeline:

02-08-07 - I-485 sent

CARD IN HAND 6/01/2007

Removal of Conditions now in progress

Mailed: 3-4-09

USCIS received: 3-6-09

NOA1: 3-9-09

Biometrics: letter arrived 3-18-09, scheduled 3-28-09

Approved on: 05-04-2009

Approval letter arrives: 05-09-09

waiting on green card...

card production email: 06/19/2009

April 14 - sent I-129F to Vermont

April 25 - NOA1

May, June, July lost to IMBRA and RFE's

Aug 22 - NOA2

Sept 25 - interview date OCTOBER 13th

Oct 26 - arrived at JFK - work authorized

Nov 21 - apply SSN, received Nov 29

Dec 16 - marriage license

2007

Jan 05 - wedding

Jan 30 - AOS begins

AOS

Feb 07 - NOA1 ,check cashed

Feb 28 - notice I-485 sent to CSC

Mar 10 - Biometrics

Apr 16 - surprise RFE arrives..they lost my medical. New medical returned, Apr 23

Jun 1st - RFE ..more medical BS ( go back for TB skin test)

Jun 28 - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!

July 06- Green card arrives.

LIFTING CONDITIONS 2009

June 12 - mailed package

June 15 - check cashed

June 19 - NOA extension letter ( card expires June 26th)

July 03 - Biometrics notice

July 14 - Biometrics appointment

OCT 29 - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!

Feb. 6 - mailed AOS & EAD application

Feb. 8 - application recd by Chicago lockbox

April 24, 2005 Met in person for the 1st time in Manila, Phils.

April 25, 2005 Bought the engagement ring and proposed marriage (officially and personally)

May 8, 2005 USC left Philippines

May 20, 2005 I-129F disapproved, condition of prior meeting not met before petition was filed

June 1, 2005 USC appealed disapproved I-129F

Feb. 6, 2006 USC filed 2nd I-129F with lawyer's help

Mar. 6, 2006 USC came back to Manila, Philippines - 2nd time

Mar. 13, 2006 USC's departure from Manila :-(

May 30, 2006 2nd I-129F got approved

okey, thats a situation

i came on JFK airport

and i had EAD and i was working

noww its finshed on 23 decamber

i did my biomatrics,

is there is anyway that i can work now?

or its closed subject to work right now!?

last update on my case status is 02/22/2007

Consider yourself lucky. USCIS website won't accept the receipt numbers they assigned us as valid. WHEE! The fun is starting already!

Just keep trying, it took us a few days before we could get ours to show up on the website.
