I filed in feb too. Got biometrics appointment letter today and also got touched. woohoo! :)

No touches for me, but the other case i'm currently stalking online (I couldn't understand the case number printed on the back of the check, so I entered a few similar ones and one had the same receipt date as mine, so I added it to my online portfolio...yes, I'm crazy) got touched, but they got an RFE.

24 Feb 2007 Notice Of Action for biomatrics and AOS and EAD

6 March 2007 Biomatrics apppointment and they give me the NOA papers with stamps as recipet!

9 march 2007 RFE

13 march 2007 RFE Send back

(20 July 2009) Filed I-751 with waiver for divorce

(25 July 2009) Check Cashed

(22 July 2009) Recived NOA1

(18 Aug 2009) Biomatrics

July 06- Green card arrives.

got a letter last saturday, 03.10.07 that AOS was transferred to CSC

then on 03.11.07 a SUNDAY!, i got 3 emails about the transfer and a touch on my AOS

April 2000 Met online

July 21, 2004 Official GF/BF

Dec. 3, 2004 USC filed I-129F

April 24, 2005 Met in person for the 1st time in Manila, Phils.

April 25, 2005 Bought the engagement ring and proposed marriage (officially and personally)

May 8, 2005 USC left Philippines

May 20, 2005 I-129F disapproved, condition of prior meeting not met before petition was filed

June 1, 2005 USC appealed disapproved I-129F

Feb. 6, 2006 USC filed 2nd I-129F with lawyer's help

Mar. 6, 2006 USC came back to Manila, Philippines - 2nd time

Mar. 13, 2006 USC's departure from Manila :-(

May 30, 2006 2nd I-129F got approved

My AOS got touched today! I think they are working on my AOS and not on my EAD anymore. I just wish this means i will get approved soon. Fingers crossed!
