Right now I'm waiting for the biometrics appt letter. I cant see any touches or anything on my case though, cause when I try and track it on the uscis website it says that all my case numbers are invalid. I guess they still arent in the system yet. :( I wish they'd hurry up and put them in there so I could see touches and stuff. :(

2/23/07 - Mailed AOS packet to Chicago

2/25/07 - Package arrived in Chicago

3/05/07 - Checks cashed

3/05/07 - Received NOAs for I-765, I-485, & I-130!

3/09/07 - All touched

3/10/07 - Received biometrics appt letter

3/12/07 - All touched

3/13/07 - I-130 & I-765 touched

3/15/07 - I-485 touched

3/15/07 - Received email informing me that an RFE has been mailed to me about the I-485

3/19/07 - Received RFE for I-485 in the mail.

3/20/07 - Biometrics appt

3/21/07 - I-485 & I-765 touched

3/23/07 - Mailed back RFE with signature confirmation

3/26/07 - RFE was delivered to Lee's Summit, MO & was signed for by "Ashley Love"

3/27/07 - Received email saying that RFE has been received at MSC and that case processing has resumed

3/27/07 - I-485 touched

3/28/07 - I-485 touched

4/17/07 - I-765 & I-130 touched

5/19/07 - Received EAD in the mail!!!!!!!!

7/18/07 - Had interview in Memphis, TN! GC Approved!!!

7/23/07 - Received Welcome Letter (with notice date of July 19th) in the mail.

7/24/07 - Received Card Production Ordered email!

8/02/07 - Received Permanent Resident Card!!!! No more USCIS until 2009!!!!!

Well, it seems to me that maybe the USCIS website is not up to date. So maybe our cases have been touched but not showing up on the site. I remember last weekend I couldn't even log onto the system. Now we have people with application number and can't even access their case.

03-15-06 - NOA1

03-25-06 - NOA2 Approval

08-28-06 - Interview!!!

11-22-06 - Got the Visa!!!

yes, everytime the last date updated changes is a touch.

they needs taxes

24 Feb 2007 Notice Of Action for biomatrics and AOS and EAD

6 March 2007 Biomatrics apppointment and they give me the NOA papers with stamps as recipet!

9 march 2007 RFE

(20 July 2009) Filed I-751 with waiver for divorce

(25 July 2009) Check Cashed

(22 July 2009) Recived NOA1

(18 Aug 2009) Biomatrics

Well, I was suprised when I just opened my email. I got 3 emails frim CRIS stating that our case has been forwarded to CSC March 7th. I believe this is good news for us as well as those that have filed in the same timeframe as us. You should be getting some action soon.

It means the date change even if the verbage in the notification didn't. You were last touched on 2/22/07. In and of itself it doesn't mean a thing. It could be good news or it may be bad news...you just don't know unjtil something shows up in writing.
