I think you should mail them a letter. The link doesn't open to a general email inquiry.

Irony.

OP's LPR mom has been outside the U.S. for 2.5 years without a Re-Entry Permit and is petitioning for her children in the F2b category.

Someone should report this.

OP - when you live in a glass house, don't go throwing stones. Your mother is committing the same "fraud."

Ooops

You need proof to report the "fraud", words only and feeling bitter wont wash. And how are you related to this "fraud", by the way

Daughter.

Is this report due to Civic duty, ? as DHS says if you know something say something

or

Personal vengeance...See USCIS knows how ppl operate with families who fall out,

spousea no longer together, baby mamas & exs, Out to get the next person via ICE

and not having the facts.

If you know there is a legitimate case then get the proof together & walk into the ICE/USCIS

office & give them a report....they will also ask why are you reporting it & how is it your concern

be sure you are on the up & up before opening a can of worms...Most of all remember about

digging ditches....If you are correct by all means report her....have a great day

People please respond with correct information, all inquiries sent to ICE, NVC, USCIS etc is read, not all inquiries are acted upon. The individual does not need proof, if the individual believes that what he/ she is reporting is accurate to the best of their knowledge they have a responsibility to report the activity. It will be up to the US government to deemed if the information is fraudulent enough to act upon.

The individual does not have to tell VJ who, why, or what they know, the question was whom should they report what they believe to be a fraudulent act to the US government.

This information is listed at the bottom of the this page.

Your respectful,

OP is on a revenge war path. Move on and let immigration figure it out upon re entry.I am sure they will trip themselves up sooner or later.

If you don't want them to live with you then don't but don't use the immigration system to determine who your room mates will be.

For crying out loud ! Seriously ?!

No one is going to check when you make an accusation of fraud without proof. You don't get this or will not accept this. No proof from you = no go.

Sounds like eye for an eye. Stay out of it. Let it work itself out. If you are not involved, then why would you want to be...just let them move forward and quit associating yourself with them. If they are in the wrong, those things will work themselves out.

The OP has been abused by her mother, now her mother wants to move to the US and bring a sibling. The OP has good reason to be worried as she will again be in her mothers cross hairs. Her mothers history has proven what the OP is in for she knows full well that her mother will expect her to take care of them.

Shouldn't the petitioner (mother) have to submit tax information at some point before or at the interview??

Yes it looks like she was filing them for her mother.

OP if you're a joint sponsor withdraw it now. That would be the best thing for you.
