get on a pc, come back to this website,

click 'Guides' up at the top,

and study the K-1 Flowchart.

congrats on the approval.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Are you sure you just didn't get the acceptance email/text? That's different that approval. Less than a week is pretty impossible,

congrats on the approval.

How do you know they're not on a pc? Or were you giving generalized advice?

They will take about about 2-4 months to approve it and move it on to the next stage of the process. You may get a RFE in between. Sit back, relax, and wait.

Also, you are most likely not at Vermont Service Center, but California Service Center. The letter you received should have a case number. If that starts with WAC, you are in California.

whats the difference? i think it was just the acceptance email. So what are the possibilities after they accept an application?

It will get to the servicing center to process and approve the petition. You should have got a number on the text/email. If it starts with WAC, then you are sent to California and it takes about 6 weeks for approval. From there it goes to NVC to forward to the embassy. Right now you just got a notice saying that they've got your paperwork, processed it, and will send it to the center that will approve it or not.

Can anyone check my cover letter to see that if i included everything needed please?? thank youattachicon.gifScreen Shot 2015-06-17 at 2.07.13 AM.pngattachicon.gifIMG_5583.JPG

It's a little too late since you've aleady sent it off, but it looks good. You added things that aren't necessary but that's ok. G 325A, I-129F and 90 day Letter of intents are original signatures and not copies right?

Expect the unexpected, when going through the immigration process.

Just when you think all is fine, it can be delayed for months. Not trying to scare you, just being truthful.

Read the Guides section top of home page, study the K-1 flow chart, and the K-1 process.

Remember these two phrases.

This will be long. This will not be easy.

Good luck, with the process!
