But I think Manila wasn't on the list, and seems to be now running.

But if you click the link it's updated...that why I said link rather than the list.

Agreed, shauneg. Guys, the link is right there. See for yourself if your consulate is up and running!

Besides that, when did everyone have their interviews? It would be nice to track progress of the backlog!! Congrats to you guys. We hope ours will be done this week :(

June 18 Manila here. Manila up and running since June 23.

Fellow K1 filers, please keep us posted if your case transitioned to ISSUED recently and/or if your visa has been sent for delivery. This would give us an idea if the embassy is starting to process K1 visas again.

Visas in our category aren't going to be their priority. The embassy will probably process the work and student visas, medical emergencies, and anything else time sensitive in their backlog first. I'm guessing maybe 1-2 weeks more before any of us see our status change, but hopefully sooner of course!

I've seen several k1 visas issued, and they stated now they'll be going in order. So it's not true that none will be issued! That would suck.

Yikes! Hope they aren't going in order. Several friends who interviewed after us in this same embassy went to issued today and we still have no update :(

Hi everyone in Canada, the US Consulate in Montreal is online again! This is the announcement from their website.

Resumption of Visa Services

26 June 2015

Visa Update: Visa processing has resumed at the U.S. Embassy and consulates in Canada. Interview appointments are now available. Some posts in Canada have openings as soon as June 26. To schedule an appointment, visit https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv.

For those travelers whose interviews were cancelled during the systems outage: check your email for a message with instructions to reschedule your interview, or visit https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv.

If you are waiting to receive your approved visa: we are currently working to eliminate the backlog of visas awaiting printing, and anticipate that we will be able to print the majority of visas by early next week. You will receive an email when your visa is ready to be picked up at the Loomis location you selected when you applied.

We deeply regret the inconvenience these technical problems have caused for travelers waiting for visas and are working hard to return to normal processing. Updates will continue to be posted here, and on the State Department website travel.state.gov.
