My visa issued yesterday 26 june wondering if my passport come monday

You would need to wait for the email/SMS to go collect your passport. That should hopefully arrive either tomorrow (if they work on Sunday) or most likely on Monday.

I sure hope Montreal is working through the weekend cause they are closed on July 1st as it's a holiday here in Canada. (Canada day).

I'm hoping too! I've been checking CEAC like crazy, wonder if anybody's status changed at all today

We have practically the same timeline. My interview (IR-1) was on the 17th and my status was last updated on the 25th. They said on the website that the backlog will be cleared early this week. Since Wednesday is a holiday in Canada, I hope that means today or tomorrow. I'd really like to put in my 60 days notice on where I'm living before June runs out. Fingers crossed!

I hear you. I hope they are issued this week. But July 3rd is also a holiday for US banks so I'm wondering if Montreal will be closed on both July 1 and July 3rd. Ugh.

As I've been told in another thread, US embassies follow both US holidays and the holiday of the country they are in. Manila for example gets both Philippine and US holidays. It is kind of unlucky that Canada would have those 2 holidays on the same week..

Just wanted to update everyone, for those waiting for Montreal updates today I finally received an ISSUED notice and should get everything back in the next 5 days. My interview was June 16th

I am guessing a lot of those Canadians waiting to get an update will start going through this week for sure!

Fantastic news for you. Congratulations!

Now I'm assuming you saw your status change to issued within the consulate's business hours, right? I'm really hoping that tomorrow something changes for me. The whole case creation date and everything changed on the 26th, and it looks like my case was touched today but still no update. Oh well, shouldn't complain, people here have been waiting MUCH longer than me.

Yes, I am assuming also it was changed earlier I just didn't have a chance to check for updates today until just now. To be honest I stopped expecting a change from ready and checked it just to say i checked it today and there it was!! I think I have just been setting myself up to be not let down if it wasn't changed.
