Medical exam was February 19 2015

Visa is not issued yet but expecting it next two weeks.

Medical exam is clear

that would give you about a 3 month window unless TB was detected.

Hello,

My husband's interview is scheduled for June 24th in Guyana. I don't believe that I will have my 2014 tax transcripts by then. I have filed my taxes for 2014 and sent a copy of the tax return and W-2s with to NVC with my Affidavit of Support. However, I filed jointly with my husband and he had to apply for an taxpayer ID number, which means we had to file a paper return. The instructions indicated that the return will take 8-10 weeks to process because they first have to assign him the taxpayer number and then process the return. I just received mail from the IRS that they need further documents from him to process his application for the Tax Payer ID Number.

The instructions for Guyana say to bring either a tax transcript or certified copy of the tax return for the most recent year. I will not be able to get a tax transcript for 2014 before the interview. I will bring the regular copy of my return along with my W-2s. I also plan to bring my tax transcript from 2013, a letter from my employer stating that I have been there for 6 years and my current salary (which is far above the poverty line for my household size) and my 6 most recent pay stubs. Do you all think that will be enough? I just hope this doesn't delay my husband's visa and that they don't tell us that the application is on hold until they receive 2014 tax return.

You will have to go down to IRS office and ask them for a certified copy of what you sent in. Hopefully they will certify it for you.

You do have some time so maybe by June 24th something will be available.

As far as I know, there is no recommendation for triple regimen of MMR and DT ...... Kindly consult your doctor about it.....

Here is a from centre of disease and control(cdc) that might be useful to you

I went thru the attachment pdf you attached. And as you said there is one dose for TD. But I have asked one guy I met on the day of my interview and was also informed to take multiple doses for mmr and td. So what happens if I don't take the doses? Where will they check if I took them or not? Do I have to take the new vaccine record with me when I enter the US. Will they ask me about it?

Make sure you also bring a copy of the letter from the IRS requesting more documents for the Tax Payer ID. It shows that you have filed in good faith. I think you will be fine.

I really need help on this one friends!

I have my interview on 22nd may 2015 and hence I had taken my appointment for biometrics on 7th May..When i went for my biometrics everything went on very smoothly. But when i came back i noticed a remark made on my DS-260 confirmation page that " Name is not as per passport".

I noticed it once i had returned back home..

When i came to know that i cross checked and we realised that while filling up DS-260 we forgot mentioning my middle name.

Hence my passport consist of first, middle and surname whereas my DS-260 only has first name and surname.

Will that be a problem? I have my interview in few days, i really do not wish to get my visa delayed for that..Please can anyone help me..Please..

you should take those doses too.if they said you need them,so need them.in POrt of entry they may ask you to show other 2 doses record. so better u have them .don't take any risk.u have gone through a long journey and also those doses are for you good only.

Good luck

I also made a mistake in my wife name when filling DS-260....but den i e-mail NVC and notify this mistake...they reply me after 1 month and said we can't correct it right now u can correct it at the time of interview.....so i think we have to tell this mistake to the person who would be interviewing us...and then he/she will correct it.
