OMG.....A huge congratulations......i was reading all ur post in this thread since your interview to today. Soooooo happy for you.

Going through same hell. CO asked me to submit a new joint sponsor bcz he has already sponsored many in past. So he is ineligible. Where the hell they were uptil now? NVC never told anything about this nor my interview letter mentioned to bring new joint sponsor. I was so careful since inception though it leads to AP for me.

Need prayers.....

Sorry, I don't know what you mean. We already have a joint sponsor, and he has his own accountant.

First of all I would like to congratulate!! With your experience what are the vital documents I need to present during the interview? And is that compulsory to go for vaccine and head to the medical check up? My medical check up is on the coming April 01,2015. Please advise!! Thanks heaps

Hi dear.
In my 221g, its been mentioned to new joint sponsor. As follows:
Provide signed originals of:
1. Form I864 from a new joint sponsor
2. If joint sponsor is married, Form I864A between both
3. Anyother household member contributing his income
Provide one set of the following supporting documents:
1. 2013 US Individual Tax Returns (IRS Form 1040) from the joint sponsor (and spouse)
2. 2013 W-2 forms from the joint sponsor


What i have received just now from my joint sponsor is as follows:
1.Filled n signed I864 and I864A from joint sponsor n his wife as they are filling jointly
2. Tax transcripts n 1040A for the year 2014,2013,2012
3.Bank Stament
4.Pay stubs of last 2 months
5.Employment letter
6.Copy of passport

Dont have W-2s of 2013. Can it create an another hitch in my process. Should i ask new joint sponsor to provide me W-2s or should i submit without it. Please help me out....so stressed.

I am New on this forum, i also got my interview appointement for the 2nd of april, and honestly i am scard as i hear that the consulate in Casablanca denies a lot of CR1 and sometimes for no reasons.

My story is the following: me and my husband met in 2013 , i think it was in late july on a website, we start dating because we are deeply in love, in november 2013 we met physically ,he met my parents and proposed to me in front my family, my dad accepted at the end , we started the procedure to get married ( our culture doesn't allow us to be together unless we are married) , by decembre the marriage contract was signed officially, we had an engagement party with the whole family , at the end of december , my husband flew back to the US, he came back with his family for our wedding in March, by that time he had already filed for the I-130; we had our wedding party with both families and it was a big one, then by the end of that month he came back for work and to take care of his dad, after a month we discovered i was pregnant with our son, he flew back again to morocco on june to be with me during my prgnancy (by that time we had the approuval from USIC) ,we asked NVC to expedite our case and we have given them proofs from doctors but they rejected it, late August, he had to flew back for his dad who was sick and had a surgery, then he came back for the birth of our son as i had a c section due to some complications, it was in november 2014 , he registred our baby in the consulate to have his Birth certificate and his passport, after 2 week of the my son's birth he came back to US as his father was still needing him, again he asked NVC to expedite our case because being away of his son was hard to both of us, they rejected it for the second time.

Now I got my P4 the 20th of february telling me that my interview appointement is for the 2nd of april, as i said i am so scared that my visa would be denied by the consulate in Casablanca , for some reason , can anyone please help me , do you think i have any Red Flags or maybe luck of bonafide knowing that we have a son together , and tons of engagement and wedding parties pictures, plus our phone calls and text messages on tongo,Skype,whatsapp...

I also want to know what are the questions that they ask during the interview, do i have to be front loaded with papers that day , i have called the consulate and ask if i need to bring anything and my son too , they said i only have to bring my passport , and pic and my son's passport.

Oh i forgot to mentionne that he filed a joint sponsor I-864 with my parents in-law as he wasn't making enough money and all the requested papers were sent to NVC in septembre.

I'm so excited and nervous for my husbands interview on the 9th and can't wait until the 6th when I finally get to go see my husband after a very long year.

My husband's interview is also on the the 8th. I remember when we both were on the case

Complete forum and we were both patienly waiting for our case complete just like the others.

And look at us now, waiting for our husband's interview.. I am so nervous right now. Bcoz it's not just my husband but also my 5 years old daughter. They are getting ready for their medical this week. And I am praying things will go smoothly for them. Goodluck to both of us.. And keep praying. ???

Hi, SF!

It is *MY* understanding that, if you submit tax TRANSCRIPTS, you do not have to submit W-2s or any other forms. The transcripts are an official record from the IRS that the tax return was properly filed, including W-2s and 1040As.

I do have transcript as well as 1040A from joint sponsor. But,in 221g slip,its been mentioned to submit tax returns of joint sponsor n W-2s of joint sponsor. They have asked for the year 2013 only. I do have tax transcript of 2014 too. Lets see....how it goes.
