That's a different problem though...

It doesn't change the fact that CIS - whether TSC or CSC - can be an administrative nightmare. Both service centres have issues and the people in charge turn a blind eye.

It's quite the stomach-churning experience to be told "oh hey, we sent your case file to the place where visa applications go to die; we'll try to recover it but we can't tell you when that will happen."

I'm not saying it's any worse than not hearing anything about your case at TSC. If you want to effect true change, you need a unified voice from many who have endured the process. There's no point in fixing one problem and leaving the others left to dangle in the wind.

I get what you mean. I actually think that CSC issue is worse. Being told different opposing things from uscis and nvc. That's why I'm not all gung-ho on a transfer. I want something done, but I'd rather just see TSC allocate more of its resources to I-129fs. So many of the ppl who were transferred have had the absolute shortest end of the stick because of CSC. But it is a different problem.

See, I'm kinda differing with some of you here. I'm thinking start small with one issue. When something happens, move onto the next. I think we have better odds of seeing change if we can point out one clear thing we want. Just saying fix all the service centers isn't specific enough, in my opinion.
