Got a few more signatures today and hopefully more coming.

Thank you April!!!!! Just was talking to Stef, we're thinking that it may be good to start a thread asking people when they contacted their congressman, who they contacted and what the outcome was. We can start putting together a spread sheet so once we get enough signitures it can be included in contacting the press.

I'm watching the realtime social media posts so thank you for just tweeting :) (gotta love modern tech). I'm going to set it up so we can respond and retweet what people post at the click of a button.

yay April!

Again, anyone who is interested in getting in contact with your Senators or Reps... here is a "fill in the blanks" letter.. We are hoping everyone will, even if you aren't very far out from your NOA1, the more noise we make the more likely we are to be heard.

Personalize it to make it your own of course, but it shouldn't take you long now, just find out if they have a privacy release you can send with it and you're set. A lot of reps have everything online now.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

I emailed my congressmans office yesterday. I cited the stuff av8or's rep told him. I skipped the contact us/help with an agency form and went straight to my congressman's case director. She emailed me back within 30 minutes asking for me to fill out the privacy form and send a copy of my noa1. I'm sending her those now. I'm optimistic that she will do a proper inquiry given her quick response to my email.
