I am seriously wondering about this. I just counted at least thirteen November NOA2s between the end of March and now. But like no Octobers.

Yeah I noticed that too actually!? Unless October filers aren't updating their timelines? Makes no sense..

It's hard to be on a site like this as it breeds contempt for other members. Right now all end of the month March filers and April filers are going to CSC. that in and of itself is pretty frustrating for people who have waited 6-7 months for USCIS to do something.

It's the silver lining that something is being done, but at the same time I see tons of resentment from fellow Visa Journey members.

So basically they aren't transferring any petitions that are already waiting at TSC? they are just sending the new ones instead? :(

It's not explicit right now what they are doing with older petitions, however as of right now the only progress that's confirmed is that all new petitions are being routed to CSC straight away. If they continue to approve Sept/Oct quickly then they will be back on track (the 5 months process time they list as typical). Once May hits, they will again be behind on November filers.

If they are combining efforts by sending off October as well as all new petitions, then they will be able to claim they are approving in 5 months.

107 days so far, i am afraid it will go up to 300 days. I am afraid the whole TSC will go on vacation during the summer and we wont get approved until SEP/OCT

Hey most of you applied the same time I did Dec or January. I was checking back on the Sponsorship ammount. Did anyone notice they changed the ammount in March? Went up about $3000. Wondering if we have to prove now the new amount or the original. Luckily I save the old amount file. But it was from 2009. Any htoughts?

You have to prove it at the embassy stage. They always use the most recent number. If you do not make enough you need a cosponsor.

They have only increased by $1000 from 2014 at the most and that is if you have a household size of 8 or more. For size of 2 it's ~$250 and 3 it's ~$500. Not sure where you are getting $3000 from. Also unsure why you would use rates that are 6 years old. The poverty level has increased incrementally over the last 6 years.

I downloaded this sponsor form ffrom the Gov. Website. and it had 2009 that is really strange.I can see what you are saying about poverty level changing. I am super glad I checked back but I pretty sure the 2009 was on their site since I double checked and they changed in March.

We are wondering about that too - believe me, we would happily update our timelines! :-D

somebody somewhere mentioned that they got the info from their congressman - or was it a phone USCIS person? - that it can take up to 30-40 days for a possible transfer to show up. As always I take that with a grain of salt, but I will be curious to see what everbody´s status will be in early May. And others say they got the info that there is no transfer of existing files, only routing of new ones. As always, there is no consistency in info. No news there.

Yeah I am sure there will be more clarity in the next month or so. And you are right, there is no consistency. Whether I am transferred or not I just hope that we get our NOA2 in a reasonable time from now..

Day 105 - what joy...NOT!

Earlier, I checked Igor's list and could have sworn additional approvals were up, lol, only to see later they weren't't. Must be starting to hallucinate. Here is to hoping USCIS will have a bumper week and finally give those poor August and September filers some love!

If CSC keeps up the pace we could start seeing approvals of those damn lucky March filers who got routed there directly as early as the end of this week...that is gonna hurt, for sure...
