Hi everyone,

do am a newbie here, december filer. I saw somewhere that USCIS is transferring some applications from TSC to CSC, does that mean we will get an approval faster? I hope its true...has anyone that filed in December reveived NO2 approval yet, that was not from the Philippines (I hear they expedite those)

Really hoping that all of you get approved soon. Hating the fact that so many are suffering through long wait times at TSC. I know what all of you are going through. When the approval happens, things move very quickly. The only advice I can offer was my own experience waiting and that is to enjoy the ride no matter how agonizing it is. It truly seems like an eternity and truly unbearable at times. But as stated earlier, thank goodness for modern technology.

Based on the official data from USCIS, there is no such thing as a month/quarter with fewer petitions.

Filing of 129F seems pretty consistent with 11-13k per quarter.

As you can see, last fiscal year, the first threee quarters, the number of pending petitions for I-129F increased - this may well be the TSC backlog. For Q1 2015 they decreased again slightly. We shall see how the assigning of new petitions to CSC will change things.

They should be publishing data for the 2nd quarter (i.e. ending March 31st) of fiscal year 2015 before May is over. My guess will be the backlog has stayed the same for I-129Fs. We may see some changes by the end of the third quarter - but sadly, none of this affects us who are stuck in the TSC queue. We keep waiting. Like I said, I estimate August for us December filers.

I know what you're talking about, but I think I've only gone through it once so far. I did okay from December to the end of March when they announced the "transfer". Then it was definitely downhill since then until now when I feel like I'm leveling out. If they don't play with us again hopefully I'll be alright til our approvals start coming in :dance:

I was told in the beginning that the process would take at least 6months from start to finish. ..obviously wrong. Every time I call uscis i get a different timeline. First it was 4 months then it was 8 and then i got the "more than 8 months" After that i stopped asking :(
