Can't tell you that it's not depressing hun because we're all feeling it :( I believe we all research the whole process to the point where we have absolutely nothing else to do. I checked my status everyday hoping I'll see a status change but it never happened until April 2nd. The good news is that some November people are getting approved so hopefully the rest of you guys will be getting your approval within a couple weeks. None of us have our fiance with us yet because we all still have a few more hurdles to go through, but everyday we're one day closer to having them here and one day we'll have them in our arms and all this will be memories

There's not enough words that can be said to make us feel better, but I just hope TSC work faster so we can all get through this & move on with our lives

Hi guys, quick question. So.....I'm trolling the USCIS case tracker app that allows you to search 1000's of cases. I found that they are transferring I-130's out of TSC. Here's my real question though...I can't find I-129F approvals. I think they are switched once they are approved and don't show the visa type. Would anyone that was approved be willing to PM me their case # so I can see how it's appearing? That way I can slowly starting going backwards to see what's going on? Much love, everyone is frustrated. Grrrrrrr

11/15/2013- Met John

10/27/2014- Proposed

11/26/2014- Sent I-129F

11/28/2014- Package Received

12/03/2014- Electronic Notification

12/09/2014- Received NOA1 in mail (Notice Date 12/02/2014)

*System still says last touched date 12/03 :(

Tabeak rocks. So, once a I-129F is approved it takes out the visa type and writes N/A. It then says processing. So..........at lunch I will see how far back I can find the 129 at TSC and how far forward.

Not that it makes a difference. Just to know. Makes me feel better.

Are yall updating your timelines? Igorslast approvals are from 4.3. And someone who put 4.7.. a wizard are we??

-----------------------

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

I've seen this before and they are either psychic or they are the foreign fiance time zones ahead of us and so it is actually the next day when the text/email comes through.

SO SO happy for those who have recently been approved. If you're getting approved, there's nearby hope for the rest of us haha - but I am really relieved for you guys :)

Stay strong errrrybody - We're on the home stretch and it really could be any day now.

I have stayed off this forum for a few days and it's honestly done me the world of good after having a massive meltdown last Friday night.

If you find yourself this stressed, take some time to steer your focus elsewhere for a while. I've been focusing on praying, doing some exercising and trying to get off the internet and socialise with my loved ones while I can :)

This may be one of the most challenging things a couple can face together, and we all understand what each other is going through.

I just wanted to spread some word of encouragement since I have been feeling refreshed and encouraged myself. We will make it and by the end of the year (if not sooner) we will be yelling a huge SUCK IT to TSC. Stay strong.

xx

You can try calling them and ask. A 'touch' is no longer put into the online system.

I'm tired of this :( really really tired

Hang in there samita ben...your noa1 is couple of weeks after ours of nov 4th 2014...this was my post on Facebook the day before we got our noa2 notification...

1 year ago from this past weekend i stepped off the plane to meet the woman i would love for the rest of my life...since then we've been thru so much and the time apart has been taxing to say the least...she is so special and dear to me...hopefully our time apart will only be just a few more short months...and when that day comes, when i can look into those beautiful eyes; i will hold her and never let her go...i love u bebe, with all of me... just a little while longer bebe, although i would wait forever and a day for the one that completes me...

It has been a long road for us...we didn't check vj everyday either...too much of looking when, who, where, and how others getting their noa2 can be depressing...I'm sure your noa2 will be coming shortly...

Congrats!

Thank you and all for the congrats...as I've said, it's been a long road...but definitely worth any amount of wait..good luck to you all...

just to warn any of the uk/english filers if you need copies of birth certificates to apply for them asap

i filed for mine at the beginning of march and after speaking to someone today I'm not to expect them until the end of april so they're taking 2 months to process.

so obviously i don't want you guys to be waiting on something stupid like that after you all do get approvals!

i seriously don't get how every important file based job seems to be so extraordinarily behind... :protest:

Date Filed : November 12th

NOA : November 16th

Biometrics : December 7th

Approved EAD&AP : January 29th
