I know this question has been asked/answered 10000 times, which date should I be looking at on my NOA1.. the receipt date or the processed/accepted date?

I've been using the date that it says when I check my status online. I think that's the same as my receipt date on the hard copy noa1.

I have a quick question. I received my NOA2 May 7th and got an email saying it was being sent to NVC May 13th. What documents do I need to collect on my end and do I send them to NVC or to my fiancé? I know I have to do the affidavit...are the other ones employment, bank statements etc? Thanks for any help!

Yes, along with the I-134, you'll need to send proof backing up your income in the form of an employer letter, tax transcripts, paystubs... These are just some examples and you may need to send any one or more of these. It may be helpful to ask your regional forum as people there might have some more information specific to what your consulate likes as proof.

Well that just made me want to go home, curl in a ball and shove chocolate in my mouth, thanks A lol

We are at 211 today if I counted right and I actually did spend my day eating chocolate. Literally :-D

Then we had to eat lots of salami and smoked meats to counterbalance the sugar - the chocolate factory has an "edible zoo" attached to it, which is exaclty what it sounds like. This may sound weird, but it is awesome.

Concrats on the recent approvals! I was so glad that today was not a holiday in the states (it is here) so I hope we get to have more good news tomorrow.

I just wanted to say we got our NOA2 today, we got NOA1 on october 16th. Weve never posted on this forum but weve been looking at the posts for many months, youve all helped us a lot through this time with information and making us smile every now and then. Thank You, I hope every one of you get through this process swiftly and with as less stress as possible, good luck and thank you again.

congrats on the NOA2 , we received ours NOA1 on the 17th October 2014 a day after you received yours and are still waiting, so with a bit of luck it may only be a few days now. so without sounding like stalkers we will be tracking your progress for interview dates and the K1 being issued.

Thank you so much! So just quick clarification I send it all to my fiancé NOT the NVC.

Today is day 199 since noa1. I am SO excited to join the rest of you in the 200 club tomorrow!!!

I've already ordered a cake. We'd better get to eat it to celebrate your NOA2, not your inauguration to Club 200!

Thank you so much! So just quick clarification I send it all to my fiancé NOT the NVC.

Correct. K1's do not send anything to the NVC.

Nope! They don't contact you when it leaves NVC. You just check CEAC. It didn't tell me it was at NVC or when it left, but it told me it was received by the consulate and is ready for interview! Santy will get an official letter in Ecuador with the packet :)
