Can't check my case status after USCIS changed its page

I was just now able to check our case status. The website is very slow right now but it might be worth a shot to try it. It keeps going down and coming back up so you almost have to catch it when it's working.

i call them by phone they answer me my case in initial state

are you sure is it an american department? I feel it belongs to the Russian or east Europe where everything is hidden and mysterious

Well I have not been able to check my case online either. It is driving me nuts. I called the number and they give you the information you seeking. I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this issue.

To check the status of your case just call this number (800) 375-5283 for the meantime. its very easy.

it says an alien registration number was assigned to our case something. Lol.. what does it mean?

It means that the beneficiaries details have been input to the USCIS computer system and an Alien Registration Number (ARN) has been allocated to them. The beneficiary will use this number in most USCIS related matters until they gain citizenship. The online tracker message is unclear but it basically means the ARN changed from not having one to having one.
