Can't check my case status after USCIS changed its page

I am also having this stupid issue with my K1. Seriously upsetting. When we called customer service for help they told us we weren't looking at the right page, and we weren't logged in. Do they even know this is an issue?

its been saying the same thing to me for the last week, I called the phone number that is given today and the person there said the same thing as the internet, validation errors, he also said that they are having issues today and to call back in 2-3 hours as their systems should be back up by then (3PM mountain time)

They have been having issues since this "upgrade," same like us. I called two weeks ago and they were not able to help me. I think they just say that you should call back in 2 - 3 hours so they have something to say, some false hope to give (sounds better than "I don't know when this is going to work again"). I hope it works for you, let us know if it worked at 3 pm.

Exactly. Like I said, they just don't want to deal with your call since they themselves really don't know, and they probably hope you will not call back.

I just called these guys by the way, to check the status. The computer told me the recent information then asked me if I wanted to transfer for additional information, I was transferred no wait. Lady was nice asked for the case number search it but then said she couldn't find my case because of the technical error and she told me to call back in 2-3hours or on monday as they expect the technical error to be resolved. PLEASE don't tell me she is typing in the case number in the regular portal as we are! I was a little confused because the automated process when I enter my SRC, the computer finds my case and tells me when it was last touched but she couldn't ??? So that was really confusing!

Yep the USCIS mis-information line agents only have access to the same information as you do on the web. To get an officer with better access to the information you need a Tier 2 officer.

Unfortunately mine is still not working either. It just makes me nervous that the cases like this will bet overlooked and not worked timely. I hope not, or they fix it soon. It's been over 3 weeks since mine worked. They should just go back to the old website. Just hit my 3 month mark and I don't want this to make it take longer.
