Hmm...that's odd. I wonder if it's specific to K1 petitions? I just checked the statuses for some pending I-130's without issues.

I am curious if it means that someone has touched our cases and we are lucky or it's just a trouble of USCIS new website and they make us worry (((((( :ranting:

OMG there r so many ppl complaning that they get the same problem now...

:cry:

Anyway I hope that USCIS will fix this problem ASAP

A number of people have reported this error. It is not specific to K-1 cases. There are already numerous threads about this issue in the USCIS Service Center forum:

Hopefully, they will fix it today (Monday). Otherwise, bearing in mind that Tuesday is Veteran's Day and offices will be closed, I would call the number listed if you still get the error on Wednesday.

check by phone if u are not in usa use skype its free call

  • Call 1-800-375-5283;
  • Press 1 to continue in English;
  • Press 1 for immigration services;
  • Press 1 to check the status of an application;
  • Press 1 if you know your receipt number;
  • Enter your 13-character case number (ignore dashes, use 772 for SRC, 546 for LIN, etc.);
  • Press 1 to confirm the number you entered;
  • Listen to the current status of your case.

I think they are possibly working on it right now. I have tried on three different browsers to connect to the "Check your Case Status" link. I get a timed out response that says "service unavailable." However, when I click on any of their other links it works fine. So fingers crossed they are looking into this issue!

02/25/19: Receive interview letter (April 8 )

04/08/19: Interview, approved!

04/12/19: Oath scheduled for April 26

08/22/14: Checks cashed

08/26/14: Hard copies of NOA's received in mail

08/27/14: Biometrics appointment notice received. Scheduled for 9/8/14.

11/14/14: File service request (Day 88)

11/24/14: EAD/AP approved (Day 98)

12/01/14: EAD mailed

03/12/15: Status changed to Testing & Interview

04/16/15: Interview, no decision

07/17/15: "Your card is in production" email!

23 February 2018: Biometrics appointment letter received. Appointment 13 March 2018. 

27 April 2018: Interview notice received. Interview Date: June 5, 2018. Request to reschedule sent as out of the country at that time.

04 April 2019: Attended interview ... PASSED!

11 April 2019: Oath ceremony
