Unfortunately mine is still not working either. It just makes me nervous that the cases like this will bet overlooked and not worked timely. I hope not, or they fix it soon. It's been over 3 weeks since mine worked. They should just go back to the old website. Just hit my 3 month mark and I don't want this to make it take longer. :clock::crying:

it's unfixed problem

it seems it takes months to be fixed

I've been calling the USCIS for 2 weeks and I'm getting the same mis-information. My wife is applying for I-751 and we got our receipt number on 9/25/14. The website hasn't given me any info since then (2 months). She did do her biometrics (10/20/14) and they cashed our check a while back, but refuse to help us when we call. All we get is that generic "our systems are down at this time" answer. It's very frustrating!!

I've been having the same problem for 3 weeks now, I called then again today and was told since its been over 45 days for my case I would be transfered to a level 2 specialist, when transferred I was told the wait time was 75 minutes!? I left my name & # for a call back, let's see what happens. I am also like many of you afraid that my case is now in space somewhere... i just can't understand why they changed the website when it was perfectly fine and why they havent been able to fix this problem... very frustrating

so I asked one of my friends and he's a obsessed about IT, he said this problem should have fixed within 7-14 days at maximum but it seems that nobody wants to fix anything, the previous website was great and I'm wondering the same why did they change it?

You mean 45 days since your NOA1 ? If that is the case I will also call because I just hit my 3 month mark and I do not want anymore delays. Like you said my fear is that due to this it isn't actually being worked in order and I don't want it to get missed. Please let me know what you find out if you get a call back. Very concerned of this at this point.

When I talked to the guy that weren't able to help me with a service request a few weeks ago, he said that the upgrade made it easier/better for them. He added "when it actually works." He said that they are able to see more now in someone's case than what they could with the old system. I guess the emphasis is on "when it actually works!"

Similar. Instead of "Your case can not be found" mine says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case."

I just made peace with the fact that I will not be able to see anything until there is an update on my case.
