Yeah, man, you are in CSC, not TSC, and living in Calif., I have seen no approvals from TSC, in less than two weeks!

Very mis-leading, please repair your timeline, and places of origin.

Two posts have been removed from the thread for veering off the topic and amounting to hijacking. Personal frustrations are endemic during this process; however, they should not be expressed in inappropriate posting behavior.

Consistent hijacking of threads amounts to spamming of the forums, which is a violation of the VisaJourney Terms of Service. The "Report" button is available, in such instances.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I thoughly explained it, if it is wrong then please someone tell me what to do.

Beginning to think it is better to just delete myself from the board

Don't delete yourself. The offending posts were not your doing at all.

This process can all be overwhelming and not just a little confusing.

You mailed your I-129F petition to the lockbox in Dallas.

USCIS routed your petition to California (the CSC), where it was processed and approved.

It's now on its way to the NVC.

You can now begin preparing for the consular stage of the process.

I had to change mine a couple of times as it kept changing back to Texas Service Centre instead of California. Then, after going back and changing it twice it stayed as California. I don't think you've done anything wrong, perhaps you're just having a similar experience to me. Try going back to your timeline and ensure that for original service centre it still says California, as in my experience it changed back to Texas a couple of times before staying how I wanted it!

Please do not leave the forum, it is a great resource and most people genuinely want to help and advise.

Congratulations again on your fast approval and I wish you the best of luck with the rest of the process

You shouldn't delete yourself. If you need help you can search topics about how to fix your timeline, or just shoot an email to a moderator for help. I suggest you check out some other forums as well, particularly the NVC and Thailand forum. I also stand by previous comments that you should get to know VisaJourney and what is going on.

Suggest that you begin preparing for your fiancee's interview by downloading packet 3 and 4 from the Bangkok embassy and begin the second half of the paperwork (you didn't think you were done did you? Your partnow is to complete the i864.)

applying for her police report (from all residence jurisdictions)

obtaining her immunization records (and beginning any multiple shot series needed so you can avoid later needing to complete a series and finding a local reasonable civil surgeon)

getting her (and for any children whether or not accompanying) birth certificates (remember to get translations for AOS

if previously legally married her divorce decree

if she has children outside of marriage a ' free to marry' letter from the amphur.

Best wishes

Steve and Gob

The 864 isn't used in K 1 cases. Submit the 134 as part of the P 3 docs. Good idea to obtain tax transcripts to send with P 3 docs. Obtain free on line from IRS.

She simply requests the police report from one source. The main police station in BKK. She needs to take copy of NOA 2 to them.

Thais often don't have shot records but if they do it would help. Shots can be done at local clinic much cheaper. Follow up shots can be done in the USA and are not required for the visa.

Translations can be done by anyone fluent in both languages.

I can see why this is confusing, I think maybe the website should be configured differently.

The thing is that there is your user information and your timeline information.

You both have CSC on your timeline, correctly.

On your user information, though, it still shows TSC. You can see it right there, below your picture.

Click on your name on the top right corner, go to "my settings", then scroll down to "Immigration info". That's where TSC is selected.
