It is suffocating. No updates. No help. Life stalled. I can't even see my case status:-(

I sign in to the USCIS website and look at my case that way. Putting in my Rec# doesn't work. Of course nothing is happening, still waiting and it's so upsetting!!

when I called this morning and asked how soon will the website be fixed since we have passed five months, the woman I was speaking with couldn't give me a definitive answer. She then made the mistake of t me it would probably another 3 months. I temporarily lost my mind until my fiance told me it was probably a good idea of hang up since I was not in the best mind frame to deal with USCIS. I am very ashamed of my behavior. . .

That is what I was told...I couldn't believe she said 3 months. USCIS customer service people guess because they don't know what else to tell us! They sit at their desk and then go home to their families, while we sit at home and wait.....wait.....wait!!!! It's wrong how it all works especially at TSC!!

I'm an October filer and that is so disheartening. 8 months total! So sorry yall are going through this. I don't look forward to when it's my turn to be in your shoes.

I just saw this post after making a my own july post. I am upset about the situation at tsc. It is aggrevating to watch others get approved in less than 30 days and we are stuck waiting and wondering whats going on.

I just saw some ones timeline non filipino from armenia get approved in one month from tsc. I find this unacceptable. It is clear that the entire system is unorganized and unfair on so many levels. I am approaching 5 months and am getting discouraged by all these other people getting random acceptance way before the time we have waited. I am returning to see my fiance in december for a 2 month visit and was hoping to return home with her and right now its looking like we might be waiting for months after that!!!!

From what I am seeing on the timeline TSC has been approving cases just before or a few days after they hit 5 months. You are so close so hang in there. I am at the 4 month point so I pray we all get approved soon. I wish you the best of luck. Enjoy your trip to see your fiancé!!!

I was also feeling the same when I saw one such approval. But someone told me that Armenia usually means they didn't fill out a country.

I called today and complained about not being able to see my status online, and also because the agents on the 1800 number can't give you a status due to the fact that there systems are also down, the agent I spoke to filed a service report I think that's a good thing, im praying that it is.
