Yes unfortunately that is true (great for those at CSC of course).... and the standard line is that no one can follow up until it has reached 5 months. The other one being that TSC is working on other visa types at present so expect delays.... The disparity between the two service centers is totally unreasonable. We have been stuck in this process for a very long time.. some our error... some theirs. Its a lonely life out here in I-129F land, especially if you have insufficient ties to your own country and can no longer visit.

Best hopes for all that they do the right thing and take some action soon.. (F)

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Here is some encouraging analysis: we know that CSC is processing most recent applications so it means that they have very few to process. We also know that TSC can transfer applications to CSC so hopefully that will happen and the load will then be even and it means good news for everyone.

I also see that most May filers on VJ are being approved at TSC which means TSC isnt stuck at March like the processing chart suggests.

Combination of above facts leads me to believe that approvals for us are right around the corner. Staying informed, hopeful and positive in this journey is the best way to coup with the stress that is caused by this unnecessary, unfortunate wait. Good luck all!!

Well, if USCIS wants to keep using the line "TSC approves more types of petitions" then move every petition to CSC. Clearly they are running out of work. This wait was EXPECTED, this discrepancy and their inability to do anything about it was NOT. It gets more frustrating by the day as it seems they have no intention of making good on their five months. They pushed April and May out to get people approved within 5 months. What about us? June and July will be coming up on their five months shortly and we have CSC practically approving petitions right out of the lockbox. Ridiculous.

This is our amazing TSC at work:

photo-164842.jpg Gordon & Tanya United%20Kingdom.gif United Kingdom Texas No 2014-03-14 - 2014-10-15

one petition on the 20th. One on the 16th, a few on the 15th. Are you kidding me? It's the 24th already and now we've hit ANOTHER weekend. If I hear one more person at CSC say 'your time will come! I know how you feel!' Nope, you don't. You waited two weeks. -.- /endrant

Great news coming out of TSC this morning. I checked I129F graph for TSC and it reports that they have completed over 5,100 cases in August. Hang tight friends. We are about to get good news!!

I'm not sure if this would help but I found these emails online and they're for Donal Neufeld - Associate Director, Service Center Operations Donald.W.Neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov

Lori Scialabba- Deputy Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services lori.gill@dhs.gov

and Alejandro Mayorkas I believe Is the ex Director of USCIS- alejandro.mayorkas@dhs.gov

If we can all send them email and see if that helps with all this backlog I don't know just an Idea.

I think we all should email them. It never hurts to try. Our resources are somewhat limited. The emails are a great source of information so thank you. At this point in our journey I will call or email anyone if it get us a step closer to being approved.

What's really frustrating is that the processing chart isn't eveb updated for months. I hope someone with authority realizes that our lives are put on hold and does something about it.
