What's really frustrating is that the processing chart isn't eveb updated for months. I hope someone with authority realizes that our lives are put on hold and does something about it.

Frustrating has probably become our most commonly used word when discussing anything to do with USCIS, specifically, TSC. Unfortunately, to those in processing offices, we are merely numbers and packs of paper.

It's the lack of information that is the worst part of this. With no idea of approximate timescales, we all sit and wait, unable to plan or do anything much. Many people offer well meaning advice in the form of "Keep busy" and "be patient". If I never hear those phrases again, it will be too soon!

Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I sencond that thought. I just filed in September and I am nearly going out of my mind. For me the worst part is seeing one service center process people in a matter of days and yet another is taking well beyond 5 months. I thought giving birth was the hardest thing I would ever have to do in my life until now. I get more and more discourage every day because there's just no sign of progress being shown.

I sent my emails and hopefully they will acknowledge there is a major problem at TSC!!!!!!!

I sent emails to both my Congressmen and, lucky me, they are both leaving office so one responded that after October 1 they aren't responding personally to any more emails and the other one sent an auto response saying they are leaving office so no help there either. Guess now I have to wait until the new people take office to even bother trying to communicate with them. If it's not one thing causing delays, its' another!

Yet another silent, hopeless day. No news from TSC. I heard my fiancee crying this morning..... when? How long? Why? Are the questions I didn't have the answers to.

Guys, we need to request, plead, beg someone or somewhere to have them start processing.

Today I had a good cry myself!! I feel frustrated and don't know what to do. TSC has our future with our fiancé (fiancée) in their hands!! Why can't the process be easy and everyone get a quick response to approvals. Sure it may take 30 to 60 days but 3-7 months...Why?

I read every day the normal waiting time is 5 months. I don't think I should have to wait 5 months to be with my fiancé who lives in Ghana! I seen him in July and Sept. ( blessed to have the ability to do that) but when I leave him a part of me is empty. For people who have their loved ones with them, you are blessed, for us that do not....my heart goes out to you. We will get through this, stay strong my VJ friends. These hard times will be behind us very soon...I pray!!

You're so right. I hope you are feeling a little better now. To top things off, not everyone has to wait 5,6,7 months. Some people who filed in September or even this month, have been approved in time to enter the US and be with their fiance(e) before the Holidays. Others, who filed much earlier in the year, have no hope of any such thing. Why? Because you/the fiance live in a state that is sentenced to the losing side of this processing lottery. In what universe should it be a privilege to be able to be with your own fiance or spouse during a family time. I had held onto hope that there was still a slim chance we could still be approved in time to be able to be together in the US (permanently) for the Holidays. I figured if we got our NOA2 by the end of October, there was still a slim glimmer of hope that this would be a reality. Now, as the month draws to a close, we have to face the reality: it's just delusional. Next time someone describes any process as awful and uses the term "this is hell", it's safe to assume that if they have not had to deal with TSC, they have NO idea.

I have to agree with you on this the process is horrible and the people handling these petitions are the worst and must have no idea what they're doing, my fiancée has all theses questions for me and I feel so incompetent not being able to give her a direct answer on when we are finally are going to be together, our plans were to also be together for the holidays here in the states but as we all know that is not going to happen October is gone and is still looks like there is no progress, thank God I am going to be able to flight to Colombia and spend the holidays with my fiancée I cant wait to see her, we just have to keep praying and hope that we see at least some July petitions getting approved and than is just a small wait for all of us.

It's posted on October 24th but it was last updated on August 31st. That's why it shows same processing dates. Good luck! I know, we are all waiting for the progress from TSC for a long time :-(

Seriously, how freaking hard can it be for them to update their stats? Last month when they updated it, it still showed March 4th and was also 'valid as at August 31st'. If they aren't going to feed updated data into their system before publishing, why bother! It's completely pointless.

Has anyone heard anything from TSC on their July approvals? Any RFE? Any movement at all?

I have noticed there are a few June filers being approved.

Hopefully this will be our week for approvals.

Anybody know where TSC is standing, this wait is driving me crazy and seeing March 4th on the USCIS website is so depressing.

I think they just started with June so I imagine we are about a month away unfortunately. But I'm not sure...maybe USCIS can finish June filers in less than a month or more than a month. Anyway, we are close I think.
