Congratulations to all those approved! The next steps feel like warp speed after this long dark void.

Congrats for all who got NOA2s!
I am loosing my mind now, 222 days! TXS is so incompetent and irresponsible.

Guyla, and all others still awaiting approval, yes, it's unacceptable. In the absence of any comforting words to offer, we give you this: We will stay on this thread until ALL September filers are approved. We can relate to the torment, heartache and frustration of this inexcusable wait and when we were left behind, you were all here for us. We're sticking around for you.

Lee & William

I second this. I hope to see everyone on the approval thread soon and later the AOS thread, Removal of Conditions and eventually Citizenship. It's comforting knowing other people are going through the same BS

Thanks wbeem. Some of us are fast approaching your pseudo-record if you will. 220 days today for me. Best possible scenario is an approval tomorrow (HAH!) and that would make it 221. Sigh. I agree, the USCIS and TSC are definitely NOT invited to the wedding nor the baby shower (if we have one of the latter).

Same for us. I suspect that your case might be one of the 11 I129F cases "around" ours that I am following. Only 1 of these 11 was approved last week. If they keep it at 1 per week, it's up to 2 more months :(

I made this profile back in September 2014 (received my NOA1 on September 10th.) Ever since then I've just been lurking around here, until now. I felt compelled to really share my sense of gratitude to those who come by and offer a kind word. It's a beautiful gesture!

As for me, like the others, I'm on the brink of losing my mind. I'm a K-2 (child of a foreign fiance) , and we've been waiting for well over 210 days. (Thanks TSC.) But do you know what's the most frustrating part? I may sound ignorant, but I cannot understand why some people who have received their NOA2 almost FIFTEEN days after us have gotten accepted days ago?! How is that even conceivable!?! (People of the SAME nationality as mine, brazilian, mind you) It's completely unfair, this wait wears you out very thin.

Alas.. I hope to have a response tomorrow. I hope everyone here has a response tomorrow so we can finally move on to the next step- the interview. Oh the joy! ...

edit: About the stark difference in time.. The only theory I came up with is that maybe it's taking longer for us because there's a child involved. Other than that, I can't think of any other reason why this is taking longer for us than others who have applied weeellllll after us.

I sent you a PM with my receipt number. Let me know if I am in the 11 that you are watching; kinda fun to see where we all end up. Not sure why that stack of 11 are moving so slowly. One thing's for sure: wbeem's 224 is in serious jeopardy of being surpassed. Kinda sickening, but true.

Sorry, but we both don't have kids, never been married. And noa1 dates 09.09.14. Still nothing. I only think some slow pace, fat *$$ guy is working on all our cases since it is do slow, i dont wonder if so and he might be sitting on our cases causes he doesn't give a $h*t. Shame on him, shame on Uscis, TSC.

SORRY for negativity.

I understand your pain, I'm going through the same thing. My mother and her fiance have already been married at one point, and along with the fact that I'm part of the whole package.. But even then, it shouldn't take this long. The most depressing thing is seeing the K1's who were processed at the California Service Center.

Some of them took 20 days to receive their NOA2.

TWENTY.. DAYS.. For the love of Christ it has taken us over two HUNDRED days. Why TSC doesn't send their enormous overload of petitions to CSC is beyond me, truly.

From your timeline I see you are counting from date you sent your petition in, not the NOA1 date like rest of us. You are one day ahead of me so you are 222 today Edited by patiandjoe
