Hi!

Do we already have a thread specifically for September filers at TSC?

If we don't have one yet, we can start here to update and encourage each other. :)

Can't believe it's almost been 3 weeks already. Happy time seems to fly by.

I try not to think about it everyday-which is hard. :) I like it when time flies by and I don't notice it.

Hopefully it will feel like that, too while waiting for the NOA2. Happy waiting to us, sandra3711! :)

Hello!

We sent our 1-129F packet to Lewisville, TX Lockbox last September 05. We got a text confirming they have received it last September 18 but until now we haven't got the mail yet I-797C which I'm thinking the NOA1 :( Hope it will be delivered soon.


09/05/14: I-129F Sent via USPS Mail

09/18/14: Got a text that the Package was received at USCIS Lockbox

10/13/14: Packet received Date

10/22/14: NOA1 mail arrived but we got the one issued in VSC instead of TSC :( Had a different Receipt# that starts with TSC.

***Our docs got rerouted to TSC again..(According to their CSR) but we have no idea how it got sent to VSC.

11/03/14: I-129F approved at TSC

11/10/14: Notice Date

11/21/14: Received our NOA1 in the mail. (Updated one with the correct Receipt#)

04/21/15: NOA2 Notice Date

04/24/15: Got a computer generated text from USCIS (NOA2)

05/11/15: Received our NOA2 mail.

...................waiting for the NVC letter..

I can't say that for sure, but waiting for your NOA1 for that long is unusual. Has your check been cashed? You can try calling. Hopefully they can give you a helpful response. You're welcome. :)

we got the same timeline.. ours sent sept.5 we got noa1 sept 8. i suggest check your bank if the cheque been cash/not

Thank you!! It is really disappointing to read some got rerouted to CSC and they already got their NOA2. I mean I am happy for them but hopefully ours will get approve soon. My fiancé will call them today. Will let ya'll know what will happen with the phone call. :) Edited by Kdiperez
