General feeling of 'blah' with 'blech'. Not feeling any great loss at the moment, but do wish she'd return. I know I'll get over this, but still.....

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Of course you wish she would. It's not like you have zero invested in this relationship emotionally (and otherwise, but IMHO, emotionally is what counts here.) You have 5 or 6 years of marriage that went well until she moved. It's sad that she can't get over whatever others are saying to her and trust you, her husband, when she did so just fine before.

I had a hard time when I first moved here. I threatened to move out twice (complete with packing my bags.) There was a point when I was so depressed I didn't want to be here, or there, or anywhere. But I pulled my head out of my butt and trusted that we could make it through this. I trusted that he was there for me. I was just so sad and worried that I'd made the wrong decision, and I missed my little girl. I turned towards my husband for my reassurance, to lean on him, because that's what a wife does in my opinion.

I don't feel like your wife has really done that for you. She kept looking outside your relationship for help in it. You noticed and tried to get her help outside the relationship that went along the path you wanted, but she didn't want to go that route. I'm sorry Darnell.

Except she didn't listen when they told her how lucky she is to have me.....

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

No sign of the Stunk after last night's sign-off, no stink man.

Unwillingly awoke at Many a.m., short zzz man.

Somehow did not get speeding-ticket, no man.

Sold Many POTSs for $Many, lucrative man.

At casa, watched Mini-B. play with trains and invent stories with sound effects, wee man.

Mrs. T-B. better after having been acupunked, she man.

Mrs. T-B. forgot English-elocution class this eve, ADD she man.

This enabled a much-needed nap after reading Mini-B. his books, zzz after wee man.

Cat then insisted on playing Wrappers, miu man.

Cat appeared uninterested Many times but was lying about it, upstairs then downstairs man.

No sign of Stunk tonight, no stink man.

However, distinct signs of Many mosquitoes, bite me man.

Dished the warsher, chiefly with silverware, Many pieces man.

Must deduce where to take Mrs. T-B. for Many'th-anniversary-of-U.S.-advent dinner, hmmm man.

Only newspaper coupons are paltry and for too-expensive places, sigh man.

Need to find meaningful coupons for decent place before Many p.m. Thursday, plea man.

Reservations for dumpster-diving are already filled, early bird gets worms man.

Something above a Denny's but perhaps not quite an Olive Garden, budget man.

Saving big expenditure for actual Many'th anniversary in Many weeks, see man.
