Why are you still in Morocco?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

When your Husband posted he said that he had applied for Visitor Visa's.

Your Husband can follow, seems to most here that your priority should be medical treatment.

You can go to the US now, you do not need to wait for your Husband.

30 years in the U.S. and your English remains on this level? not buying it....

Sad if the wife is really ill and choosing to wait for a VISA then get medical help.

This is not love. This is LUDICROUS.

She worked for 30 years in the US, presumably lived there longer.

Perhaps her Husband is helping with the post?

You dying won't help him get a visa. You returning to the US, establishing a domicile, and obtainig the needed sponsor for the affidavit of support will help him get the visa. Either you aren't as sick as you say or you don't care about yourself or your spouse.

When did you file the I-130 and what papers have you received in regards to the I-130?

Go back home, get treatment, get a place to live in the u.s. worry about the cancer first, then once your treatment has started use the evidence from your treatment to file for another expedite, because honestly you have a lot more going on than your husband visa. If it was my wife I would make her go home and get treatment instead of worrying about my visa. But that's just me.

Go back home and please get treatment!!!

If your husband allows you to die while trying to use your illness as leverage for his visa the blame falls on your family not immigration. Your family should be caring over your sickness and getting you to the US instead of abusing you to get them to the US.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

no want want help me

well - you have internet access somehow -

so

I suggest you get a google voice account, over at

google.com/voice

then make a free call into USCIS again, and get a Tier 2 Human, an ISO. Sure, you'll wait on the line a long time, but you cost is free..

as to this 'letter to immigration' you keep asking about - I'm sorry - you'd get more sway with the Immigration Liason staffer at any one of the three Congressman's offices back where you have USA domicile. I suggest you find one nowish, engage them this week, and have them pitch a congressional inquiry into USCIS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !
