Thank you. I think yours is on the way! When did they receive your application? They got mine on the 3rd. If they got yours later than that, you might have to wait a few more days since after the 3rd it was the long 4th of July weekend. And when I checked mine online status, the NOA1 on there was 7/18/2014. So they notifications might be late.

No worries! Hope you get yours in no time :)

My notifications said that my case was routed to National Benefit Center. But the online status says "Your case is being processed at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location". What is that? Does anyone else get this?

We mailed in ours on July 15th and just received three emails today with receipt numbers. I'm tracking them now online. All three say letters have been sent to us and the actual AOS is being processed at the Nebraska Service Center. Now we're just waiting on the letters to arrive in the mail. Woooohoooo! We're on our way!

I hope everyone hears something soon!!

Now I just have to stop logging in and checking the status every hour. LOL! :content:

I got my NOA1 in the mail today. It was dated July 18th actually so i'm guessing it was in our mailbox last Saturday but my husband didn't check until today.

Yay! I hope I get the biometric appointment letter some time this week.

If I do an early walk in for biometric, does that speed up the process somehow?

Per USPS our application was received on July 8th in Chicago. I have not received any notification yet, and the check has not been cashed. Our application included the I-485 (adjustment of status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), I-131 (application for travel document), and the I-864 (affidavit of support.) I did not include the I-694 (medical examination) as my wife had her physical in Colombia in October 2013. I did include a copy of her Vaccination Documentation Worksheet. I am starting to get a little worried, although seeing the above poster that sent their application in on July 1 and received notification on the 20th gives me some hope.

Good luck to everybody!

We are in the same situation. Delivered the 5th July and have heard nothing and our check has not been cashed. I'm starting to get worried too but I think we just have to hold tight and wait.

7/1 USCIS received package

7/1 Contacted local Congressman to request assistance expediting

7/2 Got response (via Congressman) from lockbox with all receipt numbers

7/17 Got text and email update from USCIS that card and travel document were approved and "in production"

7/22 Got text and email update from USCIS that card was shipped

Sent to Congressman :

1. An offer letter with proposed starting date

2. Privacy release form

3. Letter explaining why I was requesting expediting (financial loss)

Sent to USCIS for AOS (filled out ourselves)

1. I-485 / I-765 / I-864 / I-130 and I-131 (and all supporting documents, with cover-sheets for each form and supporting documents required

After 8 days, Just got an email with SMSs stating the following:

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

I checked online, not yet activated. It seems I have to wait few days before I can check my status online. I am glad they got them :).
