Hello everyone! Well i sent my package on the 8th and it was delivered last thursday 10th. Since then i haven't recieved any text msg or email. My checks haven't had been cashed yet. I really hope it doesn't take a moth to get a notification. This whole waiting thing will kill meee!!! Jaja good luck everyone!

Package sent: July 8th

Package received: July 11th

I130 notice date: July 15th

I485 notice date: July 15th

I765 notice date: July 15th

Email notification for the three aplications: July 16th at midnight.

Receipt letters (noas 1 for the three forms): July 21st

Biometrics appointment notice date: July 17th

Biometrics appointment letter: July 21st

Biometrics appointment: July 31st

Email notification i485 ready for interview scheduling: August 12th

Email notification w/ interview date: August 18th

Interview date: September 22nd

Email EAD card production stage: september 11th

Email EAD sent to address provided: september 17th

EAD card received: september, 19th

Green card approved: september 22 yay :)

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

I JUST GOT MY MSG AND MAIL NOTIFICATIONS FROM USCIS AND MY FORMS WERE RECIEVED AND SENT TO USCIS NATIONAL CENTER FOR PROCESSING! :) good luck everyone!

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if we use the same receipt number from our K-1 visa packet to track the AOS status or do they issue another receipt number once you get notification that they received the AOS packet?

Just got text/email notification that our AOS package was received! Is this NOA 1? When can we do a walk in Biometrics? I have a job pending and waiting on EAD and AP so I can work and travel for business.

July 25 - Biometrics Appointment Letter

July 28 - Walk in Biometrics successful

Aug 27 - Request for Expedite on EAD (Job Offer)

Sept 12 - EAD approved and in production

Sept 12 - AP is approved but USCIS status is in 'Post Decision Activity'

Sept 18 - EAD marked as mailed

2015

April 09 - Interview - Delayed due to sealed package from civil surgeon not at local office

May 07 - GC in production

May 18 - GC in hand!!!

We are also July filers, sent off everything the 2nd July and havent heard anything since then. Should we be worried?

We are on the same boat. They got mine on the 3rd. No notifications at all so far :(

Me too, still waiting for the biometrics letter. I've got the acceptance email for 7 days, still no letter for biometric day yet....Already not paitient just the beginning of this waiting game.

Mailed AOS on July 14 by USPS and it was delivered today. Now waiting for the notice of acceptance and the WAC number lol to trace it online. Hope it will be soon.
