This makes me so happy!!!!!!!!! I'm calling back tonight for sure! Maybe I shiuld have a meltdown a couple days ago, those always seem to get results hahaha

I take it you have not received an interview date?

I will keep everyone updated!!

I wouldn't say she "lied", she just gave the answer her supervisors probably ask all the Agents to give to cover their tooshies. Had she told me the 16th would be reviewed today and it hadn't been reviewed, they'd be on the hook and we'd all be twice as mad.

No date yet, I feel so crazy!!!!like wow this is moving.

Don't want to get my hopes up to hight.

Hope I can get a date that first week of July. Even if it's August 6th interview date I would be happy.

Good luck to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am seriously thinking of mailing my IV documents with the AOS. My ds261 went on June 10 so IV wouldn't be there before July first week. That's way too long. And even if we don't save any time atleast we would know if there is any checklist and no extra time will go in that. One month for an invoice is ridiculous. And they shouldn't get lost if the supervisor said so himself right? :|

Oh god.

Well you can call at night too. I remember people who have called in the morning saying nothing new, but then in the evening calling again and getting info.

Got a checklist :(" income indicated on the I-864EZ Part 19 does not correspond to that shown on the total income line of the most recent tax return." The problem is that the income include had bonuses plus salary . So we don't know how to respond to this. Any ideas ? Or has anyone faced the same thing

AOS WAS APPROVED!! :D Received 5/15.

The agent told me it was approved today and when I asked if it was possible for the IV to be approved next week, she said it looked very likely. Hope she's right!! They're telling me that was received 5/23 even though the first agent told me 5/22. Oh well.

Good luck to everyone waiting for their next step!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC....

I emailed AOS on 5/20, he told me they just started reviewing on 6/11???????????? and asked me to wait 30 days....

I want to give a headup to anyone who is thinking about EP.. Please do not do it.... it takes 20 days for receiving and another 30 days for reviewing..

Boom....worst Friday ever! :sleepy::sleepy::sleepy:

We sent the AOS on May 15th and got a checklist today 13th via EP so it doesn't look that it's more than 30 days . I mean if we got a checklist they actually went through it.

I was confused about these as well, I should double check now I guess. I was also not sure about filling I-864 or I-864EZ. I was meeting all requirements for EZ with my W2 income enough to support but I also have a rental property. I filled the EZ version because the other was way too long. Do you think I should fill the I-864?

I remember whenever I used to ask my lawyer any questions like this, he was never sure! Lawyers are absolute waste of money.

did you show the rental income in your tax returns?

I also filed the ez and showed rental income on my tax returns. I entered the "Total Income" from the tax transcript in the 864ez. They didnt ask me to correct my income.
