Hey guys just FYI- I'm taking a step back from the forums for a while. I've become a visa monster. I'm making myself miserable obsessing so much over this. I'm going to stay away from the forum and call once a week until I get some info. When I do, I'll come and post here what happened.

Folks, a little request: I'm manually going through the spreadsheet's non case complete lines (sooo many). I'm up to February NOA2s so far. Anyways, I'm going through each person's timeline, profile, posts, signature, etc to find any updates. I'd really, really, really appreciate if everyone on the spreadsheet can go check their line and see if everything is right and up to date. If it's not, please fill out my form to update/fix it (preferred method). If you can't figure out how to fill out the form, then please PM me or write here. I got case number over phone so I will place it when I get the email. btw it's taking over 30 days to get case number she said 10-20 more days ugh so that will place it at 2 months about for case number this unreal

did you call them today yet??? My case was in the system on 04/29, but still no words from them yet

Ok I have to ask because I'm totally confused, some people say they sent their AOS which I was under the impression is the first one you send and some are saying they sent the IV first which is it please I need to know so my husband can send me the documents needed for the IV. I thought I had a little more time to get those. :unsure::wacko::unsure:(F)(L)(F) Thank you for any help you can give me.

It doesn't matter which one you send first. You pay the AOS fee first so most people will send the AoS packet as soon as they pay the fee or you can wait until you pay the IV fee and send both packets together

Ok I am trying to get everything ready ahead of time, I am currently waiting for my case number and I would like some advice as to who the employer letters should be addressed to. And if anyone has a sample I would appreciate it, I am currently living abroad but my brother is the general manager of a company where he has offerred me a job to start as soon as my wife's immigration process is conlcuded, so he wants me to tell him what the letter should say,

so any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated

What happened with Dilmera. ?

Did she found her case after getting approve from USCIS.?

She is from March 2013.

Finally received the long awaited "case complete" a while ago after holding for 47 min. Hope to get an interview soon. This entire process has broken my spirit in so many ways - thanks to the Great Am Who I Am for seeing us through.
