if you have an attorney the AOS and IV will be billed at the same time because the DS-261 will not be needed. It's silly that it's needed for anyone quite honestly.

I-864 and all it's derivatives are on the USCIS website.

Called NVC today and my IV was invoiced 02/28/14.Without knowing that NVC will invoice my IV today my husband sent the IV package documents using the bar coded cover sheet from payment portal, which is the same bar coded cover sheet that we used for AOS package, ahead of time to cut down on wait time.NVC rep. said "perfect! you're moving right along" the bar coded cover sheet from the payment portal is what you need to send with any documents or any correspondents with NVC.The IV package documents are listed on saylin's post 1 & 2 of this monthly thread,i just hope that NVC during the review process will not require anymore additonal documents. Now it's a waiting game and I'm hoping for a positive outcome so i could be with my honeybunny ;)

Please let me Vent here and i apologize in advance..

Very frustrated with NVC now.. not sure what incompetent people they have working there or their system simply sucks!

Received a false checklist i guess after a review of my DS-260 documents that they haven't received my I-864. Which i submitted before DS-260 supporting documents but they couldn't open it for whatever goddamn reason and said that it was encrypted or password protected! This is crazy because i have opened those attachments from the same email from 10 different computers and it opens just fine!! any ways i re-submitted the entire package last Saturday.

In addition to the false checklist they are saying i havent submitted a proof of my canadian residency but i submitted copy of my passport! i still have that email! like for God's sake look at the attachments carefully! The girl on the phone said they dont have it so re-send it and allow another 20 freakin days for them to review... this is crazy!

Can somebody here advise what i should do? Re-send the copy of passport or simply ignore it? Or re-send the passport copy as well as canadian citizenship card??

I apologize again from my rant.. but i'm very frustrated right now.

Hi,

Are we supposed to send NVC proof of Canadian Residency?

Which form asks for the proof of residency?

What kind of proof is required? Canadian income Taxes, utility Bill, ?

Please let me know.

Thank you,

Lukiduki

Supervisor asked another 3 weeks to review our cases.

Hi everyone,

We just called NVC (30 minutes on hold). Our case have been received, and I guess we were just happy it wasn't lost so we forgot to ask for a change of mailing address (petitioner's), can we change it after a case number is assigned or will it be too late?

Also, Saylin, could you add us to the spreadsheet please? The dates are in my signature. (Our case had been transferred but as we moved out before receiving the notice, we never knew which office it was approved at)

Thanks

Added!

I don't know what is going on with NVC people they got my case since feb 11 no case num yet. Saylin had me to the NVC spreadsheet.

Added! And it's quite normal not to have a case number yet. Have you not looked at the spreadsheet?

Called NVC this evening and they received my case yesterday... Whoo!! The girl was really sweet and after she said it would take 30 business days and she heard my reaction she said, "I know it's hard, but at least it's here." Lol

Saylin, please update the spreadsheet. Received at NVC on 2/27/14. Thanks!!

For those of you keeping track because of their own cases, NOA2 was 2/19/2014 from CSC.

Also, does anyone know how long it is taking to receive a interview date for Paris, France? Trying to look at the big picture and figuring out when I can see my hubby again... Preferably when he comes to the US to stay lol.
