Try sending an inquiry to NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov ... it can't hurt... But be aware, people with early NOA1 date than you (like June 6th) still havn't been approved. So they are more likely to ask you to wait for your turn...

You could have him talk to a tier 2, but it's still a bunch of misinformation. They'll tell you they're on April. In reality, you're probably next!! Read what I told the last person a minute ago and look at VJ timelines filter set to transfer NSC. They're in June right now. (Not going in order of dates but still definitely in June). I would be surprised and sad if you didn't have yours within two weeks. Look at June transfers spreadsheet too. You can see it there too.

Thank you very much Bradrean, I will check the spreadsheet, and thank you bck! I will write and email to them.

HELL0, FELL0W VJs!!!goofy.gif

My husband and I sent in our I-130 in November 2013 and it was sent 2 Nebraska, So we are currently awaiting our NOA2. But the wait has been hardcray5ol.gif

. To get our minds of it we are trying to do other stuff like preparing for NVC. Just wanna ask a question.

1. when sending in the DS-230 package, should u send in your original birth certificate and marriage certificate ?

2. Apart from the birth and marriage certificates, police report, passport biographic page and passport size pics, is there anything else that is needed?

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.

thank you.

They told you ten?! They were saying 11 in December and 9 last month but told a congressman 5-6 months. That's crazy. It can't be 10 in reality they're on June and I've even seen them do two julys in the last week.

Let's pray that was yet another know nothing customer service rep.

Numbers (from three months ago) will be out next week. Will be interesting.

... but told a congressman 5-6 months.

When my Congressman pressed the discrepancy with his NSC liaison, she replied:

Your constituent was inquiring about the processing time for Forms I-130 at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). As indicated on the previous email, the estimated processing time for Forms I-130 at the NSC is 5-6 months from the receipt date. However, the average amount of time for Form I-130 processing at the NSC may extend beyond the estimated processing time. Please note that estimated processing times are processing goals and not a guarantee that petitions will be processed within the estimated timeframe.

Essentially saying "nothing I say can be taken seriously". ranting33va.gif

Yeah, but for us US citizens, it's important to keep track of what what the 'political elite' is up to. and make them answer for it at election time. It often looks like Obama trained as a constitutional lawyer merely so he'd be better at subverting it...

The last sentence in particular.... truer words have never been spoken.
