I am not sure I understand what you are asking- we do not know if your fiance sent you the stuff.

Are you asking when you need it? if so, yes, it is needed for itnterview. The process is explained in our Guide here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

I am new here in this site ,i just ask if I-134 Affidavit of Support and Form 1040,Form W-2 did my fiance send it to me this compledted form for my interview? thank you so much guyz ! god bless you all

In my experience, the consulate asked the original I-134 but you can have ITR and W-2 as a copy or scanned ones. My fiance sent ITR and W-2 by email to let me study those forms and he brought the original I-134 with him since he accompanied me to the interview.

you don't have a timeline, so it's hard to get at what you're asking here. did the consulate ask him to provide the i-864?

otherwise, he should have sent you the I-134, instead, for a K1 visa application. I-864 is for later on, during adjustment of status, once you're already in the US.

Follow the flashing arrow below for details on the process in Manila.

Pop over to the Philippine forum for more focused help for Manila also. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Your fiance needs to send you the I-134 with original signature and a copy of his most recent tax return and W-2.

Everything required is in the embassy instructions letter..

with my experience , he can send the stuff by himself to US embassy in your country , he should put on copy of your case number and small note , his name on it, it will arrive before your interview day. It is more safe for his personal information.
