On January 10, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Am so excited! What next??????? Input from all who has passed this stage would be very useful.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

When did you get transferred and where too? This will help give some hope to some who filed around your time I know a few who did.

The NVC filers link that was given read the POst#1 and #2. Start calling NVC in about a week or two and keep calling until you get your case#. In th emeantime start getting your documents together. I would not get a 9ja Police report until you actually get your case#. It's only good for 3 months.

Well congratulations now you hae some reading to do.
