US consulates in India are well known for being so strict. Did she visit you only 5 days? You'd better to do more research on VJ and you can have some conclusion afterwards. Good luck!

Yes this will be an issue, especially as the age difference means she is likely too old to have kids with you. You will need A LOT of bonafide evidence to make up for this big age difference. I suggest at least two more visits, one during the process and one for the interview. Also, make sure you have photos of the two of you with family- even better if her family (kids, if she has them) come to meet you and have proof of that.

Even if you get married in India, the burden to prove that you have a bonafide relationship & you didn't marry her for green card is still there.

Applying and getting a K1 visa will eventually lead to a green card and US permanent residency for you.

If you don't intend to live with her in the United States, maybe you should look into acquiring Indian residency for her.

i don't need green card ,i just wanna live with her

.and what is the bonafide of relationship ?

Bona fide is proving that the relationship is genuine and not just for immigration purposes. Like some of the other posters have said, you need to have more face time with her. Have her come visit again, possibly longer for 5 days if she's able to. Keep all records of chats, phone calls, and lots of pictures. It's a hurdle, like you said, but not impossible. Getting married isn't a guarantee, but I do believe it could be beneficial. Best Wishes.

I agree with Penguin, you must build a case to win them over.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

theres the age difference, the unable to have kids anymore, you only met 5 days, + who knows what else. you have a lot of red flags to overcome so you need really strong evidences. like penguin suggested, start by meeting in person longer and take loads of pictures and save all ticket stubs, receipts, etc.

Where do you want to live with her?
