Good Morning VJ!

Last night 12/16/13 I received the Hard Copy of NOA2 by maildancin5hr.gif I got my approval via email last Thursday 12/12/13.. The NOA2 says " NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. NVC will forward the approved petition to that consulate....NVC will contact beneficiary concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.... "

What is the next step??? I want to have everything ready to make sure that my husband gets here without any delays. Should I mail him my I 864? Do I need to go over there?

Go to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2. Much to prepare for. You can start calling NVC now to see if its arrived. Don't be discouraged when they say it takes 8 weeks. Some do some don't.

Good Afternoon VJ!

Last Thursday12/12/13 I received email with NOA2, Yesterday 12/16/13 I received the hard copy.

But its not asking me for anything...NOA2 pretty much says that my approved petition is being forward to NVC and NVC will forward the approval to the consulate for processing and they will contact the beneficiary (my husband).

What should I do? Should I mail to I-864 to my husband?? I want to do something

I'm anxious and want to do everything to ensure my husband gets here ASAP unsure.png

You can start calling NVC to get case# may take awhile (I believe I posted this in your other thteads). May take up to 8 weeks for your petition to get to NVC in meantime you can be preparing by reading the link provided and getting all your documents together now.

Can I ask what got approved ypour I-130 or your I-129F? You have K3 on your profile so wanted to make sure.
