hello; me with my fiancé we file i129f ; before we meet;and uscis recive our package on 8 februry 2013 and later they demand us evidances; we send; again second time demande us on the end of this octobre 2013 more evidances; so if we send the evidances do they can approve? me with my fiance we didnt meet and file the petition; but we just meet this octobre2013; do some body here have same case?

Are you saying you filed your petition before you meet? Than you meet after and that was the October evidence you sent in?

Thi is a denial or did you request a waiver to meet? I doubt but I am asking.

You have to havemeet within 2 years BEFORE you file not during or after. Expect a denial letter and than you can refile with the correct evience this time.

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

It is a requirement for the I-129F petition that both the US Citizen and the foreign fiance have met in person in the 2 years BEFORE they filed the petition. If you have met afterwards, that will not be considered admissible evidence. You will have to refile again.

Ok i just have to ask this... how in the world do you know you want to marry someone who you never met in person? Maybe I'm old fashioned but it seems very odd to me.

August 4 2012: filed i130

December 5 2012: noa1

May 8:2013: noa2

June 3 2013: case received at NVC

August 26 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Sept 19 2013: case complete

October 1 2013: interview date received from NVC

Nov 26 2013: interview

The requirement is to meet BEFORE filing the petition. It will not be approved if you met after. You can withdraw the current one , file a new one with proof of meeting and start waiting all over again

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

As was expected. Now, did you two meet since the petition was filed? No point refiling if you haven't met.
