Hi,everyone

My mom has some imigration issues(she got some deportation orders while she was back to her country ),so because of this she is not able to get a new visa.

I really need a good lawyer to bring her back here, because all the ones I had before they just ripped me off!:(

She also has all the docs that she was out of states when the orders were issued!

Thk u all!!!

Or does someone have any idea if I can start this process on my own?

Thk u all

We send a letter to US customs and border protection(CBP)where we attached all the docs showing the date she left US...they send her back a letter saying that CBP has taken the necesarry steps to update the records to reflect her departure from the US...

So what should I do next?because I'm sure this answer didn't clear the deportation orders from her name...

Thk u all

What vias is your mom applying for?

Exactly

Did she overstay the visa previously? Sounds like either she overstayed and they deported her in absentia OR she left and for some reason she was never recorded as having left.

she overstayed her visa just for a month or the most two...the probl was that she came under a fiancee visa,so after things got worst between her and my step dad he called immigration ,so thats the reson for these orders!!!
