Got case number and INN today, gave petitioner and beneficiary emails, will send DS-3032 email tomorrow, can't pay right now, and hope going fast and not wasting more time.

What further possible emails might i get after this step? and when?

It's only been 12 days and these things do take time. I'd suggest calling USCIS every day and seeing if the case has been sent out to NVC yet. Once you've confirmed with at least 5 operators that the

Your next email will be when they except your ds3032. That takes about 2 weeks from the day you email it to the nvc.

AOS fee bill email and DS-3032 email - when combined, this was called a 'DS-3032 kit' email .

as to when - anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hello:

New to this forum but very useful.

Could not get much information on NVC cases that are based on employment ( I 140 Based) here or the other threads. I believe most of the processing is similar to I 130 IR1 etc except the I 864 and any AOS andits fees are not required. Would be really helpful if you/senior members post any information on the NVC process for I 140 cased and any experiences on the same.

1) Specifically after NVC case No is generated, since there is no I 864/AOS involved does NVC generate the IV invoice identification no immediately ? When Does the Ds 3032 need to be submitted ?

Month of sept? Oct.? When is the possible date of the interview? Any clue?

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

CASE COMPLETE AS OF TODAY : OCTOBER 23,2013

Since this is the IR-1/CR-1 forum, this is for spousal visas. Many people in this forum only know the process for spousal visas, myself included. I'd suggest going to the work visa forum and looking for your answers there: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/141-work-visas/ Also going to NVC would be helpful as I'm sure they explain the process there as well.

It usually takes around 2 weeks for the packages to be looked at, so in your case, they'll be reviewed sometime in September.

As for the date of the interview, this varies by consulate/embassy. YOU need to do YOUR own research. Go look at other people's timelines and start jotting down dates and get an average and then implement it on your own timeline. two weeks is nice, but this last round took 3 weeks + 1 day for yours truly
