AoS checklist is when the NVC requires more information or corrections to the AoS.. It is a bad thing that just equals more delays. It seems right now it's taking them about 15 business days-or-so to process most files, so I wouldn't expect to hear about your AoS until after September 14th (though let's hope for the best!)

It's interesting that everyone else got billed for IV and AoS separately, but we got both of ours at exactly the same time...

re: getting bills together - was a G-28 filed with the I-130? I smell an attorney lurking somewhere.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You have a lawyer, I assume? With lawyers/attorneys, no DS-3032 is needed as the lawyer/attorney is automatically selected as agent, thus you skip a step and both bills are invoiced at the same time.

Yes, that is exactly it. I do have an attorney.

We submitted the 3032 anyway with myself as the contact as she was going on vacation for a month while our papers were in NVC's hands.

You must have bought it from the same place as my transporter! Never could get the darn thing to work.
