no police report or court date, i was so in love to even consider that. but i have the conversation where she did admit to it later on.

Emails can be easily manipulated/doctored. You are going to need more substantial documentation if emails are all you've got.

if you already hold a green card, i suggest you seek reconciliation instead of other legal paths.

For a resident alien male to be slapped by a USCitizen female - usually there's other stuff going on, like you really really enraged her to the point of violence.

For example, she finds out you sent 2/3rds of her last paycheck off to your family, instead of using it to pay the rent. A Human would get really enraged by that occurrence.

Yes they will take yahoo conversation! I sent mine were my ex was threatning me thru yahoo messaging, and it worked fine i got approved on my case.
